    Ah my bad, I thought it was Achaea in the future. I agree, no copying I only thought that exempt if it was indeed in the future. Yes, the new name must be original, but I think we should look into a Greece style, as Achaea is a greece name, as well as Thera, Delos, Cyrene, many many of the location names. It's a Greecey game!

    @Zuko: Those are Greek names, but the culture of (the population formerly known as) Shallam is more Levantine. At any rate, the names of Ashtan and Shallam don't conform, and those are the two original cities.

    Just don't call it New Shallam.

    Fast forward two thousand years, and we have   New Thera, New Shallam, New Eleusis, New Cyrene....

    Yes, I am optimistically assuming achaea will be running 2000 IC years from now. :P

    Of course not, but that doesn't mean that forum input should never be paid attention to. Contrary to your expectations, the admin isn't out to make our(as in ex-Shallamese) lives as miserable as possible. Perhaps try talking to Deucalion and Aurora when you have the time.

    RIP Templar drinks. They were the reason Synbios dabbled in alcoholic drinks in the first place.

    omg time to go see if i still have any raging varicks stashed away in the naga stockroom

    edit: and I dont...must have sold em a while ago, or someone took em. oh well.

    Don't even talk about Erendil... that would be worth a full 3 varick rants.... Kakotas sober for the first time in 200 years. And without decent brew for the first time in 50... To a dwarf that is a sin or hell you take your pick which. Not to mention you don't wanna know the time I took researching some of those drinks or crafting them.

    Don't you dare get Draekar started about being sober either! God damn lack of Templar drinks is going to drive him insane I swear.

    I'm really digging this whole refugee thing. I know some players want things sped along but it'd be dumb if a new city popped up tomorrow, imo. There's great rp to be had, I really loved the expedition post on Refugees. Deucalion and Aurora are encouraging us to submit ideas as individuals, which I also appreciate. Good fun all around.
