How I've been feeling the last few days

I woke up Monday morning and felt an overpowering urge to be in the desert, so I went to Death Valley for a couple days. Got some nice pics.

Zabraskie Point (and yeah, that's a man dressed in Native American garb at the bottom center, with some kind of feather headdress and loincloth. A crew of four were filming him dancing and singing. It was kind of awesome.)

So.. about a month ago I adopted a tiny baby kitten, only 5 weeks old. I named her Lucy.

She was so sweet, and docile.

Well she's grown an awful lot since then. I feel like I have a wild toddler living with me now.. and I swear she grows more (with more attitude, to boot) every single day.
