He jumped me mid tell after unsnubbing me asking some bogus crap about soulcage.
He's a mark anyways.

Everyone should snub him. It's clear he just wants to treat people as bashing NPCs and wants the world tailored to him. Just needs to be sent the message that no one cares. Don't even respond to him.
I agree with this 100%.
Ernam radianced people in our group from the farthest possible desert room still in the area when we were bashing the outpost, so I moved the group to him and killed him before he was mark. After spending 5 minutes in ooc tells arguing that I had no cause to do so (what?!) he then proceeded to go after me constantly (expected).
After him trying to radiance/snipe me in Mhaldor and doing the same to Aegoth within a 2-5 minute period we decided to set up a trap above clouds and bait him into jumping one of us, then the other coming in during retard and killing him.
Again, ooc tells about cause and blah blah.
Do it again after he again tries to radiance/snipe in city, and he fell for the same trick.
He then proceeds to issue claiming that we jumped -him- with four people.
I don't know what it is, but he clearly thinks the game is a single-player game where everything should go to his advantage. His argument to me before I snubbed him (after ~30 minutes of tells) was that he has pk on me from the outpost incident, and I don't on him, so I can't attack him unless he attacks me first. He adamantly claimed that him sniping and radiancing me in Mhaldor within a 2-5 minute window was not a part of an ongoing skirmish, and that I can't defend Aegoth when he jumps him above clouds either.
So in summation, he wants to be able to radiance groups of people during a faction-based event, and then claim 1) the people who defend/stop him don't have cause to do so, 2) he gets to then summarily kill all who attacked him at a time/place of his choosing, and 3) they can do nothing to counter his efforts, and should simply report to NNoT to be beheaded by him.
Oh, and the irony of all of this?
After issuing me, Ernam hired Antidas on me, and I was sick of getting jumped in Moghedu, so I just let Antidas burst me and we both went on our merry ways.
Then yesterday I log in, def up, and immediately go to clouds to bash. I run into a totem propped by Shiro that I was enemied to from 3 days prior, and low and behold Ernam BBTs me without cause.

Speaking as someone who was incredibly vocal about the whole situation with @Vicious re: Mhaldor before, I can say that he's made a huge turnaround in terms of the bullshit. At least 90% of the time he's doing something constructive, and it was on -unsolicited- recommendation to leadership that he was reinstated in the Maldaathi. Unless something drastic changes, it's not a decision that I regret was made.
They made it so those tasks check off when you level up after probably like 21.
Re: all the Ernam complaining. Someone summed it up to me as to why they thought Ernam had not been perma-banned for acting just freaking crazy. This person was from Targ as well. One word:
