A delicate picture of a forget-me-not looks oddly out of place off to one side, as is the evidence of a scalpel cut where the artist carefully delved into the blood-painted stone and filled in the grooves with blue powder. A giant phallus is drawn just above the flower, showing the same care and detail in its rendering as the bloom below it.
