Sorry to bother you, @Tecton or @Sarapis. However, I was wondering if the caloric defense and the frost defense would help you withstand extreme cold and extreme heat in the new weather system, since it helps against fire damage and frost damage.
Mending should be a set order too, I just vaguely recall mending and restoration not being the same order in the past (possibly I'm misremembering).
From what I remember, mangled is prio'd over broken, prioritizing left over right. Mending prioritizes right over left.
Mending used to cure right first, but it changed to random when the generic limb break line (the one about x limb snapping or whatever it is) went in. Could have changed back since then, but I doubt it, as I'm fairly sure the order on mending cures doesn't affect anything.
What are the rules on hunting someone down over the course of 30 in game years ( 10 months OOC ) ? They were enemied to a Divine order for attempted theft on Temple Grounds.
Dear X, I would like to apologise for disturbing the peace of your temple. I will not be hunting you for declaring me an enemy. Please feel free to go about your business taking the normal precautions needed in these dark times.
A message they sent to the person, saying that they wouldn't be hunting them anymore. It had been several months since then, and now they've returned to continue their witch hunt of said person claiming they 'still have justification' for them being enemied to said Order... so. Would really like some chatter on whether or not someone should be issued/shrubbed or not..
You can't attack someone merely for being an enemy of your org.
Order-wise, the only time you can generally attack an enemy is when they're a) In a Temple of that God, b) Defiling that God's shrine (usual shrine rules here), or c) Hunting an area associated to that God, I.E. Riparium for Neraeos, Arcadia for Vastar, Dwarven villages for Phaestus, Caer Witrin for Scarlatti, etc. For the latter instance, you're supposed to give a couple of warnings first, to ensure they understand they're not supposed to without consequences. Once that's been established, if they continue to do it, then you can attack, but only when you spot them hunting in that area.
Now that's pretty general, the usual roleplay stuff (consequences for general actions) still exists. But yeah, the above shouldn't be happening. If it does, hire a Mark. If it continues, discourage them and if it still continues, consider issuing. Try to stick to IC responses first though, issuing should only be a last recourse for any roleplay or combat stuff!

Well. It was more in the reverse. Someone enemied someone to their order, for attempting theft in that God's Temple on them. Said enemy has been holding a witch hunt on the person that enemied them for over 10 OOC months. I didn't mean it as a "Order Member Hunts Order Enemy" more a.. "Order Enemy Hunts Order Member who Enemied them"
I wouldn't consider getting enemied to an org a sufficient justification to hunt anyone, as you can be enemied, by anyone, at any time, for any reason. It's been that way since ever. I still stand by what I said in way of "order of things you should do to respond to the situation", though.

If anyone gets them, I would love to see the description for the new letters, as well as each of the new crews. Curious about many of the other things (like the firecracker, cake and the leash message and etc), but those two the most.

Aurora says, "Tharvis, why are you always breaking things?!" Artemis says, "You are so high maintenance, Tharvis, gosh." Tecton says, "It's still your fault, Tharvis."
EDIT : and confirmed those are the three new different types!

@Melodie just imagine that firecracker, with the sling, while sneaking through an area, taunting everyone to find you

Do people consider Explorer's Tome to be "bad"? On one hand, 500 credits (ouch, wow) and it feels "cheap"/cheating/against the spirit of exploration. On the other my obsession with making things go from 0 to 100% is satisfied.
I will never understand the hate on the price tag of the Explorer's Tome. If I was interested in pushing higher in explorers (I'm currently 17th) I would 100% buy it. It is worth every single credit. It is absolutely perfect for what it's used for.
No, it's not exceptionally useful for people below probably rank 100, because there's multiple areas you haven't explored at all. That's not what it's designed for. It's designed for getting those last few rooms you can get by knowing exactly how many rooms are left for you to explore in any given area.
It's amazing.

Sad part is, I'll never be able to explore Mhaldor which severely limits my competitiveness for the Ranger-level. That's really what has me on the fence. Otherwise, if I had unfettered access to everywhere, the tome would be immensely useful.
Occasionally, I see the deathsight "Soandso has been eliminated." I thought this was a deathsight for being sniped to death, but I killed someone not that long ago through sniping and the deathsight said "Soandso falls to the arrows of Naverre."
So... What does the 'eliminated' deathsight indicate?

Deathmask: 750 credits - If the owner of the deathmask dons the mask and slays another adventurer, the name of the owner will be concealed from those with deathsight. A deathsight message will still occur, but the name of the slayer will not be given.

Latest update: 9/26/2015 better character name handling in GoldTracker, separation of script and settings, addition of gold report and gold distribute aliases.
500 doesn't seem unreasonable. If that was the kind of thing I cared about right now I would happily pay that.

Is what you're seeing.
The Deathmask just says "Bob has been slain by one concealed by a deathmask."
