There happens to be a broken Vastar temple on Meropis full of humans with strap on wings that serve him. It's a real place in game.
Before the birth of Selene, I did actually offer to Vastar because he was the only god that I felt even remotely connected with when I started out.
Then there was Selene and Selene was my everything. Then Selene died and there's a portrait of Vastar that makes me ovulate whenever I look at it, so naturally, my dream self wants to be comforted by him. Yeeeep.

When you're checking logs every single day of your waking life, and the occasional log-in just to see what's up.
I do this too. Wake up, check my email, check my Facebook, check my messages on Ruth via IRE website. Check logs, check news, check work email. Shower!

Right, so I don't really know how this happened or what the context of it is but at some point I dreamed that Sean Connery played Achaea and used to be Templar who used to be Aarashi who is now @Dontarion. I don't know how Dontarion fits into all this but this Sean Connery dude sent me a cheque for $1000 in an unrecognisable currency.
I once had a dream where @Kaevan was ruling France and @Herenicus was ruling Britain and they were piling up corpses and arguing about who was the villain with the most style while the forces of Good hid out in Australia and basically tried to wash their hands of the whole thing. I forget if I mentioned it on this thread before. Also, Kaevan changed France's national anthem to 'Vive la Mort' by KMFDM.

My friends and I were derailing a comments thread on Facebook, as we have a habit of doing. Someone made a joke about a grue. Other people - who don't play RPGs but seemed enthusiastic - joined in on the joke.
Ten posts later, I'm casting Stormhammer at an Ultra-grue and wondering is I should have put Dimondskin up *first*.
When you try to talk to your parents about some controversy surrounding someone trying to get inducted to your city, but of course they don't play Achaea so you have to pretend that it's someone trying to get rehired in your company.
Before anyone asks why on earth I would try that in the first place, my dad's a former human resource manager, and they were both actually spot on with a lot of issues and reactions surrounding the induction!
Until they ask where you heard it from.
"So is this person trying to join your team? Is your team the one hiring?"
"Uh...well, I just uh...heard it from...someone...?"

Evidently some of my meds don't mix too well with sleeping pills. Woke up in the shower. Told I was screaming something about Dala'myrr and refused to come out because they might 'bardiche the shit out of me'. Slept damn well though.
When your baby wakes up at the slightest noise and your first thought is "Who the hell gave her Kola?!"
Your second thought is why the hell are you still thinking that way when it's been almost six months since you've really played.
"Gilgamesh, where are you hurrying to? You will never find that [everlasting] life for which you are looking. When the gods created man they allotted to him death, but life they retained in their own keeping. As for you, Gilgamesh, fill your belly with good things; day and night, night and day, dance and be merry, feast and rejoice. Let your clothes be fresh, bathe yourself in water, cherish the little child that holds your hand, and make your wife happy in your embrace; for this too is the lot of man."

When you're significant other is begging you to get back into bed and you're like WAIT A MINUTE B*TCH WE'RE RAIDING YOU DON'T EVEN KNOW!!! ....lol tbh I wouldn't say that she'd just know automatically like a trigger or something who knows. Suprises ....
You know you've been playing Achaea for too long when you think about it and realise that there are probably "generations" going by that don't understand where the reference to "Estachian feedbags" comes from.
(On the other hand, the fact that I thought of the above is definitely a sign of withdrawal.)
