For dual cutting spec, do you require top tier scimitars to be pretty competitive. Or is it more like SnB where you don't require artied weapons? I flat out refuse to go 2H because it wouldn't fit Quil's character/her size. Dual blunt is not her.
So it's really a tie between SnB and DC when the time eventually comes. I just know that SnB is best all around (Plus I already have SoA) I just really like the whole idea around DC. I just dont wanna pay for L3 Scimitar x 2
2.0 with stock scimitars 1.95ish with one Scimitar of Hawks.
You just need one to get under 2s Doubleslash to be able to beat restoration on two leg breaks for Disembowel. Need to get that impale in before the first restoration finishes (4 seconds).
Anything above that is all about the herb stacking, which is only an investment for those who care to stack up in the top tier. And even then, 350cr to get under 2.0.
Then 2850cr to shave off .1s to 1.8s DSL with Scimitar of Eagles.

So you can't dsb without an arm or head break with non-artie scimitars?
It's technically possible with forged weapons, since queue'ing shouldn't ever lag and server-side curing is delayed slightly to simulate low ping, but that's just not a risk you want to take. If server-side lags, if paralysis eats a queue'd command, if stupidity fires, if absolutely anything goes less than absolutely perfect, you'll lose it. That was my largest gripe about the DSL spec after changes. Queue'ing was mandatory, and sometimes you still just miss it through no fault of your own with forged weapons.
It would be much kinder, since DSL needs that double break, if it started it at 1.9 base and scaled from there.
-- Grounded in but one perspective, what we perceive is an exaggeration of the truth.
Well, then there is no incentive to purchase artefact weapons. It's already skewed vs other specs with the 2 weapon purchase requirement, without considering the tiny return they provide.
I am a newbie priest. I am not very helpful during raids, but I see that bows are an interesting ranged option.
1. Is a bow useful for raids? 2. If I bought a bow (artefact), I'm sure the Lupine Bow is amazing, but is the Ranger's Bow complete garbage and not worth it?

Bows are very useful for any class, do keep in mind as a Priest you'll have to pay a little more to use one (350cr for the Ranger's). An artie bow also allows you to use meteors which is a huge plus in group combat.
The accuracy won't be great but considering you are safely in another room during a group melee its still a great option.

The best use for artefact bows at this point is to shoot meteors. A little while ago admins nerfed the accuracy of artefact bows for any class that does not inherently have the ability to use one. The result is that they're not very useful for shooting, as you'll miss as often as you hit. That being said, meteors are incredibly useful in raids - they're delayed damage that additionally drops the shield of your target, and the damage isn't all that bad.
However, as a newbie, I would strongly recommend you focus on getting at least your class skills + survival transcended before you even begin considering what artefacts you wish to purchase. Feel free to hit me or one of our other more experienced priest combatants (@Tesha@Ruca) up in game if you want to discuss whats most effective for your class.

Bow accuracy was not nerfed they fixed a bug.
But yeah have better odds of Sartan converting to Targossas than hitting someone with a bow with out class skills.
Basically no, artefact bows are not worth it as a class without wind comp/aiming, which is basically every class but the classes with chivalry and subterfuge.
I had a lupine as a BM for like 6 months and had something like 40%~ recorded accuracy across 2k+ shots or something. It was absolutely ludicrous.
Pretty sure 40% is a shitload better than not having any LoS. You hit 800+ shots in 6 months that you would otherwise just have been sitting around twiddling your thumbs for
Does anyone knows what kind of afflictions MIGHT from metamorphosis can and can't cure? Or if there is some kind of chance that it cures any given affliction or fails and cures nothing?
I ask both because the AB quite specifically says that it only cures 'certain' afflictions, and and because at least twice it has healed a broken limb, but when I purposefully try to replicate it, it doesn't heal anything.
And you won't understand the cause of your grief...
you don't really orb entities nowadays unless they forget to leave the minion out. I think it's the one that Pit (Golgotha) used to be, but I don't remember tbh.

No word from @Tecton on adjustment.
