Max health and Artefacts (like knuckles for monks) are the only things that determine limb damage for monks. DMG rating on weapons for Knight classes also affect limb damage

is 142-tohit going to be enough to reliably hit people for combat? I don't have the option to rune it to get that extra 10 points, so just wondering if I should be happy with what I've found or if I am going to honestly have trouble with it? Also I guess what is better, 70-150-225 or 62-142-235? Bard and all (I hope) so I know voice balance wants fast and such.
@xith same thing it always did? It gives random stuff out of your inventory to people in the room. Probably didn't work because everyone has selfishness up 100% of the time nowdays.
@Lillian that 142 is going to be frustrating as all hell, as a Knight I would not even consider it, but I am not sure if Bard accuracy works the same way that it does for Knights.
150 at least and if you ever want to fight a serpent/jester then 170 if you want to hit something.
as far as I can tell we dun have anything that increases to hit, other then leveling swashbuckling and weaponry..and the 225 speed rapier makes my jab speed (I have nimble) 2.9 seconds too, guess I'll look for something 230 with more acc then.
The only other thing I could guess would be if they added a new input to jab speed since I was bard, which would probably be Dex. I have never heard of anything affecting your Jab speed other than racial bonus (trait) or weapon speed, though.
She wasn't standing in your canticle harmonic, right?
Edit: figured out the problems..and you know what, I don't feel like talking about them >_>;;..still weird how using Death from above effected my- OH wait I got it song blessed, then my speed with it increased.

Does weaponry assist bard speed? I have heard a few times that it does not.
It doesn't as far as I can tell, Shirszae is at Expert and I'm at gifted and we're the same speed. (She has latency it seems, cause my 225 should not be on her 231's level)
Latency shouldn't affect your speed readings, assuming it doesn't fluctuate wildly. (If you have lag > 50ms you should average it out over a large sample)
@Lilian Those 6 points of speed aren't going to make that much difference. I'd be surprised if you could notice a difference between the two to be honest.
Yeah, like I said when we figured out what was wrong, my 225 was at comparable speed to Shirszae's 231. The 235 might be A BIT faster, just not enough to give up on having 150 hit..plus my current one has 70 damage, so I can learn some basic damage strategies that'll make up for my 11 str (but 13 int)

I've noticed, at least as knight, that ever 5 points rounds out to be .1 seconds. Now you might not notice it at some levels of speed, but .1 could be the difference in two leg dsb and three limb dsb.

Someone behind the scenes may have broken it cause I was standing with selfishness off with the affliction for like 5 minutes. Nothing happened
I like my steak like I like my Magic cards: mythic rare.
@Xer It increases tree balance by 5 seconds and it was previously on a 10 second balance, but I remember it being increased in speed not that long ago. Chances are between 5 and 8 seconds. Easy enough to test with a tempTimer at 5, 6, 7 and 8 seconds and seeing which ones fail. Sorry I have no up-to-date info
You should be about 2.25 with a 225. I wouldn't rely on the built-in svo timers unless you're spamming prompts, for some reason they seem to come in around 0.2s fast for me for everything.
No empty prompt spamming:
You leap into the air and launch a flying kick at Hasar. You connect! You have recovered balance on all limbs. (4.963s)

Do the various passive curing skills (syphon, panacea, necklace of purity, etc.) as well as the general curing skills (bloodboil, fool tarot, etc.) cure on a first afflicted, first cured basis or it is a random affliction, or ... ?
Are they capable of curing anything focusable? Or anything a Tree tattoo would cure?

Even still it is quite slow, but it should be good enough to help you get the basics down until you can afford a x/150/235 rapier.
