Post-traits herb balance and old raja herb balance has always been 1.6s for me (within 50ms of 1.6 more than half the time, but occasionally (~1-2% of the time) as much as 0.2s variation), but other people report quite a bit of variation that can't be accounted for by ping. A lot of people also reported ~1.1s non-raja herb balance before traits, which was consistently 1.5s for me.
How long do the "Nairat/Hugalaz/Eihwaz/etc" runes on runeblades last for? Is it necessary to sketch those runes along with Lagua/Laguz/Lagul before runeblading? Just realized I was sparring Narcos yesterday without pre-runing them since I was testing with one of those odd runes(Eihwaz) quite awhile ago, I figured there just wasn't a proc message.
No, you need to sketch them after they are runeblades. In fact, you can smudge and sketch different ones. So they need not stay hugalaz runeblades- you can change them as you see fit.
I think pithakhan is the only one that wouldn't give a proc message. The other ones all will.
I thought maul was treated as a flat 4 to break regardless of strength or arties. Knuckles increased the damage it does in terms of health.
The sweltering heat of the forge spills out across the land as the rumbling voice of Phaestus booms, "I want you to know, the Garden reaction to that one is: What?" The voice of Melantha, Goddess of the Seasons, echoes amid the rustle of leaves, "That's the censored version."
I don't remember maul ever missing against denizens (without clumsiness), but it's been a long time since I've bashed as a druid. Not sure on the rest.
Maul's accuracy is difficult to measure due to the wild card that is dex + avoidance.
Mauls in Wyvern morph have a higher chance to hit than Jaguar and Icewyrm. For some reason I recall it missing against denizens when I didn't have trans Metamorphosis.
Targeting only lowers Weaponry damage by 25%, I think. Maul damage is definitely unaffected. Targeting does not affect to hit.
Find an alchemist friend (preferably with circlet+megalith) who afks a lot, get them to sit somewhere meditating with a trigger to educe gold at you when prompted.
Not enough people take advantage of educe gold. I've seen Ashtani looking for grove rains when there are at least 3 level 80+ trans alchemists on cwho, probably all sitting at full willpower.

Just got to test it, and although I tested very little it seemed pretty evident that they don't affect limb damage. Can't say I expected them to!

Does a targetted Maul have a different chance to hit?
Will a Targetted Maul always do the same damage to a target? Would that damage be more or less than untargeted?
Viva la Bluef.

Help me decide my second.
Thinking level 1 health sip ring. It's amazing how much tankier you are just by increasing your sip values. Does this stack with Sentinel sip bonus?
Viva la Bluef.
Then bow.
And yes, sip rings stack sickly with concocts.
