I was thinking of trying out high strength blademaster. But really, who am I gonna slash to death? Ever since compass slash bleeding nerf, it really doesn't mount up to anything.
Swiftcurse initially takes about 4 seconds of equilibrium. If you swiftcurse again while it's up, it takes 2 seconds of eq. Swiftcursing again while it's still up won't decrease the eq cost any further
Question: How many times can swift curse be stacked?
Until you run out of willpower. Not sure exactly what you're thinking when you say "stacked", though. Doing it again while it's still active just resets the timer, it doesn't add another full 15 seconds on to what you would've gotten otherwise. So if you put up swiftcurse, then do it again 4 seconds later, as soon as you get eq back, it will wear off 15 seconds after that (19 seconds after the first time you did it, not 30). The main advantage to refreshing it before it wears off, afaik, is that it halves the eq time.

After switching to higher strength I can multislash people to death on brokenlegs.. Well at least in the 4kish range not tried it on higher since I believe multislash has a high base and a low %.. Then we move onto the fact that Multislash only gets one of the three slashes infused which leaves us with the other two hitting armor instead of being a Lightning/Fire/Ice/Whatever void is attack..
Im assuming it has a higher base than % because from 3-4k looks like it does roughly the same amount of damage depending on the targets armor. (Hit 3300 life for 1800) (Hit Xer for 2000) (Hit 4300ish Runewarden for 1600ish)
On the other hand im pretty sure this would have worked with my 12 strength compared to my 16 strength I don't see too much of a damage boost.
Gold - Psychic/disrupt Blue - Cold/chill Silver - Electric/epilepsy Black - Untyped? (not sure if reduced by algiz) Red - Fire/aflame Green - Venom/loki

What's the chance on the gold disrupt?
Also does each colors breath weapon do the same amount of damage before resistances?
Small revive on this topic, because I'm curious before I go up against a Shaman in a duel.
As far as I know, he's only trans curses, but what's their main method of afflicting, or damaging? Anything I should look out for? Can they illusion in some way? Should I evade out and snipe, or should I balance chase for a soft/rift lock?
Edit: Better yet, I should totally let a Naga do it for me!
Well, just to answer your question (kinda), they usually afflict via curses. If they're a trans Shaman, they can use blight (a type of curse) in order to hide the curses they afflict upon you. If they choose to use Vodun, you're much more in danger, as they can afflict and damage from afar, and they can use illusions via Vodun as well.
I'm poor, no credits bought yet, I JUST got my pet snake. I have that thing in Survival that brings DIAG from 5 seconds to 2(.5?) but that's as far as I've gotten...

Credits are way out of my budget. I honestly wish that I could be tri trans by now, and be doing cool naga stuff. But instead I'll pick fights and hunt with what I've got.
Haha, not quite. Shaman's and Apostates can Breach the curseward, allowing curses to get through. Curseward takes a fair bit of equilibrium to setup, so it's only useful in certain instances. Constantly putting it up everytime it gets pulled down is a surefire way to get you killed.
It does prevent all curses while it's active, but it can be removed with breach, which is much faster than curseward. If you're constantly putting curseward back up, you'll be slowing down your own offence more than the shaman's.
...Then why post it when I'm asking a serious question?
I don't know the game at all, and I'm currently trying to spar and duel every class so that I get a feel for it.
Spars, I never ask for advice because I'm experimenting, but when it comes to duels it means a bit more to me because I work hard to get all the herbs and gold again. So just listen to everyone else's advice but his?
Edit: Whatever, never mind. I'm tired. I'll just find out how many things I'll do wrong tomorrow when the duel happens.
Thank you very much. That really made my day(night) and to see someone put effort into a post like that for me, who is still learning the realms bit by bit means a lot.
Psh, when I finally get Phase I will. I'm sitting there alone for 2 hours waiting for someone and eventually realize that you guys are too busy having a party in your phased world. So I then go pester my parents for money, so that I too can track down where the heck you guys are vanishing off to. Or trust me, I would.

Also to clarify all those slashes were in arash.
Used to be in a help file but now seems to not be in a help file.
Blue - Cold/chill
Silver - Electric/epilepsy
Black - Untyped? (not sure if reduced by algiz)
Red - Fire/aflame
Green - Venom/loki

I haven't tested them that thoroughly, but I am pretty certain the base damage is not the same before resistances.
