It turned midnight about an hour ago so I got to watch Hashan CT light up with the screams of smudged totems and dying guards, but that happens nearly every night these days, so not surprised!

Also got transcendent in Beverages, so I can make a drink out of my tears.

Edit: While this sucks, I really am just surprised you Ashtani guys have kept at the late night raiding schedule for so long, tbh.

I keep hearing that, so I choose to actually watch QW and compare defenders to attackers. At several points the usual raiders were awake and could have easily raided in quite unbalanced odds too. I even went to the point to be sure of their actions by logging out and checking the website logs. After the last active hashani defender logged for the night, it started filling with constable deaths (amusing enough that defender returned a minute later and thwarted them...not what he forgot but was interesting to see).

I dont mind the idea of focusing on guard slaying and causing havoc. There is no shame in choosing to engage in the game to do an undertaking. That being said, the goal is quite clear here: to send a message, else they would not be waiting for such specific times to then spend hours uprooting totems and repeatedly dying to guards. No one finds the game immensely enjoyable undertaking those actions.

Using the excuse "it is timezones" has no merit here, as it is attempting to provide some form of evidence to reasoning of an action they are -not- even attempting towards.

I'll note I'm not here defending whatever Ashtan is up to, I don't know the back and forth and from afar, it does look like overkill, personally. But generally you need to watch for the leaders, not just the numbers.

I didn't track it very carefully, but yeah, as soon as someone with a high enough army ranking to raid and counter raids logged in, I copied the logs. Maybe a couple soldiers were killed between him logging in and me doing that, but not many.

Logging in to 3 Mhaldorians online and Asmodron being in a party of 7-12 raiding was fun, and it happened quite a few times back when I was actually active.

Then it was fun when Hashan had the TT backing them and were being super aggressive and then hiding behind that. Actions have consequences in Achaea, sounds like people were tired of your shit.

I mean. I don't so much mind. Its just that they shout the tiresome excuse of timezones. They tried this on sunday night RIGHT after Farrah, Mez, and I qqd. They had Austere and penwize for about 3 hours prior to us QQing, and were fighting us then. The only person that wasn't around was Gilliam.

Also they keep stealing and destroying our tank room and have done so for the past 13 days now. Wtb not 15 dragons instantly killing our guardian in 11 seconds.

All of the leaders were around prior to me qqing and waited until I qqed to raid (Dunn, Penwize, Seragorn, Austere, Astarod). It's definitely intentional. They're just guard bashing and tank capturing an empty city every night.

To each their own, though.

Edit: Penwize and Dunn were both around when I staff guard bashed, as were many other Ashtani. The former two qqed to avoid it and others eventually defended and ousted us but slowly.

I'm personally just impressed we captured Ashtan's tanks while outnumbered and Ashtan won't even raid when they already outnumber us but wait until literally everyone is gone. Hashani have been champs lately and I hope morale doesn't fall too much because it doesn't deserve to. Hashan.

Even with a bounty you do it so the person with the bounty doesn't end up getting the kill, leading you to go after them multiple times until you get it. Sorry that nobody has sympathy for you guys.

As has been said, no one is judging you for it, what you are being judged for are the excuses given to just cover up the actual fact of what you're doing. Do you think people will think less of you? Trust me...the level remains.

Whether you're a general combatant or immensely small-minded fool like Cooper, the status remains whether actions done or not.

Personally, I'll be enjoying to see what can come of all this.

We are not ganking anyone for raiding. I do not know anything about Lilas being ganked and Tysel was being attacked for 8v1 ganking Hashani outside of group conflict. Let's stick to facts please. I am the last person to just random gank people. Not how I play. I don't really want to get into an argument over things you don't have any actual personal knowledge of but yeah, Tysel definitely ganked me first.

You seem very confused about our reasons for killing people. If you 5-8 man deep jump a mark for some reason you are likely to get hunted later and it has nothing to do with bounties or raids.

Um what. I wasn't even around IG when that discussion happened. I just mentioned an issue response and said what it was re: the situation being discussed. That was a long time ago and was Krizal, iirc, being accused of killing people immediately after a massive guard raid. You are now claiming we have done it multiple times for one raid and days later (I also kind of assumed you meant just raiding, not dying once for a huge guard raid and five tank capture). That single incident (that prompted the discord discussion) that does not at all match what you described does not support your point. Some people were killed at times for guard raiding. We have also been massive ganked repeatedly and regularly hunt the gankers. The more recent is the latter. You make it sound like Tysel is dying repeatedly just for raiding which is what I was contesting.

If that is -actually- happening then find a way to let me know IG. There is an issue on both sides of lumping everyone in the city with the Citizens actions as a whole, which is understandable, but usually just a select few on both sides.  If we have people hunting in groups without bounties or contracts, I'd really like to know about it.

Im not gonna touch most of this. I don't generally feel the need to explain my availability in such a public fashion, but I'll give the timezone issue a whirl, since it was brought up by a few different people, in large part who have no business questioning when I can devote time and when I cannot. 

I have kids.  Full stop.  My priorities are very well sorted, and on the nights I'm actually able to login before midnight eastern, I am consistently interrupted by my family.  Juice refills, multiple tuck ins, bathroom runs, book readings, ect. Im sure everyone that's been tracking my logins so well can attest to me being on a ship or island, just trying to round up some gold, for the majority of this time. If something is going on that I can contribute to while retaining my ability to walk away, I will(see last night's defense of Tysel and Trendric being ganked).

If anyone has problems with me placing my kids over my playtime, you can feel free to retain your opinion. I assure you, I don't value the thoughts of people that don't understand that family>all of you.

I don't think family has anything to do with timeszones. Most of us have kids, i rarely play evenings and weekends because of that. I think the time zone issue is of more the US / EMEA / APAC rather than time spent with kids, and it's something that by definition can't be resolved. 

I joke that Ashtan raids at 4am, but for west coast US that's only 8pm, surely it's not something to have a valid complaint about, is it?

As for what happened to me today, after 15yrs of playing I did an Order thing. A thing most people do all the time, but not me, and I did it! Unfortunately, I don't trust it not to get IG, so itll stay as an IT for now.
