Today two more good friends left Targ. Although being in a different faction means nothing for ooc friendships, there's still a sad note to not being on the same team with these people anymore. Roleplaying and fighting with all the amazing people I've met in Targ is why I stick around, and although it may bring me some mockery, I will admit it makes me sad to see two more go. Will miss you, Ankh and Xandir.

I've personally never really understood leaving just because you're bored.  It rarely changes things when you go elsewhere; it will be shiny for a bit then it'll just be the same as it was before.  Of course I hope you guys find what you are looking for, I just don't think you will.  This game requires us to make our own entertainment.  If you can't, then it doesn't matter where you go.  Good luck guys, we had good times

While I agree with this statement, changing factions has almost universally made it easier for me to create my own entertainment. People gotta find the right combination of drive and influence to thrive and I highly recommend changing things up instead of complete burn out if monotonous logins are beginning to bother you.

I can speak from experience and say that sometimes a new environment is exactly what you need to find a new spark and get involved again. You suddenly have an entirely different environment for your character to respond to, to grow. There's new people to meet, new things to do. Doesn't always work out, but sometimes you start to feel you've done everything you could in your current faction and find yourself just standing around, not doing much anymore.

Don't worry Torinn. I'm with targossas until 2025. At which point I'll grab a coffee and move to cyrene in order to retire in their news room. Logging in occasionally but otherwise looking at the novices with eyes of days gone by.

Tried to explore Targossas as an enemy using a translucent mask, hit every totem then the citizenry turned up, so I exited stage left. Duelled @Xaden for the bounty (and lost!), explained the situation re enemying, got unenemied, explored city...

Today was a weird day. The last couple of days I've had a ten kill quota to meet, and actually achieved it. 

Yet, today started off with us being repelled by Eleusis, then while I was resting, they attacked sunderlands (let it be known that there be no salt here). Later I took @Athalos @Asani @Cyro @Zheo and quite a few more in retaliation. We killed a few eleusians, got worldburned, the whole jazz (again, I'm not salty). @Mycen @Miriew and the rest of the eleusian company were fighting Mhaldor when we tried to re-engage, but meh. I was salty with one thing. The shrine that worldburned me had to go Down. 

So, in summary. 8 shrines dusted. Killed around 5? people today, give or take. Mezghar and Karren were a greaty way to end the day. 

Can't wait to see what tomorrow holds!

Try putting explode and nova in the same line when they're that low, instead of explode/smoulder.

Try putting explode and nova in the same line when they're that low, instead of explode/smoulder.

Yeah, after that I did that on a boolean off assess. Variable switches on, checks health, runs nova or smoulder depending on health status to ensure no loss of momentum. Haven't tested the boolean, but will let you know how it goes.
