Can you provide the list piece by piece (along with bound cr values/ artefact upgrade values). I'm genuinely curious to see if you actually 'evened out' or not. ((I'm just gonna go out on a limb and say "Probably not."))
Massive thanks to @Morthif, @Xaden and @Mindshell for helping me out with sailing and exploration.
And a heartfelt thank you to @Jonesey and @Klendathu for being willing to be flexible and work with me on finding suitable tasks to complete so I feel challenged but don't feel like I'm missing out on things because I don't get to do what everyone is doing. It's far more rewarding to be able reach goals and to be able to work for things which is all I wanted to be able to do.

APPEARANCE: Refrain, a humming shield of prismatic mithril
DROPPED: Prismatic rays of light dance across the surface of this abandoned shield.
EXAMINED: Large, round, and deceptively light, this extravagant shield has been forged from the finest of mithril. Polished to an intense sheen, even the softest shaft of light causes this shield's surface to erupt in a dazzling blaze of colour. Eleven small jewels in different hues trim the edge of the shield, their delicately cut facets coruscating in the light. On its reverse, a comfortably-sized handle allows the shield to be easily wielded and manoeuvred in battle, engraved upon which in elegant script is the name of this creation: Refrain. A soft, ethereal melody emanates from the shield, a simple song that dances on the edge of memory.
