Harassment is a crime in Hashan. This person was harassing citizens. Person is enemied for harassment and thus had a bounty put on them.
End of discussion.
If it happens again I'm going to put a bounty on them myself.
And the bounty will result in an issue and it will be upheld just like the last one was. Why would you try to force something that's already been ruled upon?
I came across a weird scroll while exploring in Achaea. Thought you guys would like it heh. Hope you enjoy. Also love hanging out with @Kitiara she is quite a fun chick to explore with. It's fun watching her try to make people talk to her.
I'm not exactly going to tell new players "Oh, we can't do anything about x constantly asking you to do something even after they've been asked to stop" Sure, ignore is an option to suggest, but ignore is inherently an OOC mechanic because it is an indication you do not wish to interact with the PLAYER anymore.
However, Anytus his ruling in this issue did say that the people that were asked to procure these items have rp reason to kill the person that asked, and since the vast majority of them are newbies, the concept of contracts or a champion comes into play (Since no matter how horrible of a fighter the asker is, I sincerely doubt a sub level 30/50 player can win without being an alt/having arties/transing a few skills)
Regardless, @Siduri and I have agreed roughly fourteen hours ago that if no clarification is given in ten hours(from now, for the nitpickers), the contracts will be set up.
Aurora says, "Tharvis, why are you always breaking things?!" Artemis says, "You are so high maintenance, Tharvis, gosh." Tecton says, "It's still your fault, Tharvis."

So be it
I'm not going to waste my time arguing with you, as we all know there's not much point and it'd likely end up getting anonymously posted to pastebin.

I think @Tharvis and @Siduri have a good plan moving forward!
Seeing how Tharvis already stated what Hashan is going to be doing, Jukilian. I suggest you get on the same page with your city's Regent.
I'm not sure what you're referencing otherwise, but it's cute that your animosity extends to OOC forums.
@Tharvis , Just to clear up on my end, it won't be retroactive. But if we hear any more of that, yeah, heads will roll.
I thought that detail was a given since normally PK rights don't extend beyond 24hours of the incident (do they even extend that long? hrm.)
Aurora says, "Tharvis, why are you always breaking things?!" Artemis says, "You are so high maintenance, Tharvis, gosh." Tecton says, "It's still your fault, Tharvis."
Also what Tharvis said is OOC and on the forums. I'm sorry but I don't break IC/OOC boundaries.
My character will continue to behave the way he is.
I'm refraining from bringing the ruling ingame until the timer expires

so basically how long it took for the issue to get handled

I'm pretty sure hiring and such is available within a 3 month window...unless that changed?
Three days (real life days, obviously) is my understanding.
- (Eleusis): Ellodin says, "The Fissure of Echoes is Sarathai's happy place." - With sharp, crackling tones, Kyrra tells you, "The ladies must love you immensely." - (Eleusian Ranger Techs): Savira says, "Most of the hard stuff seem to have this built in code like: If adventurer_hitting_me = "Sarathai" then send("terminate and selfdestruct")." - Makarios says, "Serve well and perish." - Xaden says, "Xaden confirmed scrub 2017."
I spent 2 hours cleaning the front room after my aquarium pump went all Jhui on my arse. Then logged in to find all my hard work changing server side priorities had been for nowt as they had all reset. Bashed for 30 minutes then logged off.
@Bluef for me the situation is less about the constant asking and more about the person purposely approaching every single novice trying to take advantage of their ignorance and getting them in trouble for her own gain. By that point, she's harrassing the city as the city has to deal with this constantly, even though she has been asked to quit it.
Edit: Also the distinction between City and House is pretty much non-existent in Targ, the Houses are Targ, so it doesn't matter whether she's asking for City or House items, they're Targ items.
So in my mind, the city enemying her and placing a bounty on her head makes complete sense. If the admins would prefer that we hire multiple contracts on her instead, then I guess that's the route we can go. I don't know how she thinks this is a win for her, however.
Today I got to reink most of the totems in Ashtan. There was much euphoria.
(D.M.A.): Cooper says, "Kyrra is either the most innocent person in the world, or the girl who uses the most innuendo seemingly unintentionally but really on purpose."
Sailing! First time solo, second time in command. Ran her all the way up to Ilyrean to get my deckhand training, full speed through the chops learning turning arc and tacking against the wind. Suffered a few fail collisions getting used to navigating tight gaps but we made it there alive. Then on to Suleil where I got my first taste of their guard hazing initiation (those who have been will get this).
The Goddess of Knowledge disfavoured you, though. It makes sense to me that your knowledge would suffer the most as a result.

Got CR4. Lala is now a Matriarch in Ashtan which is awesome. I feel so appreciated.
I have plans. Yes, glitter is a construction material. *evil*
Four days till the wedding. Omg. I won't panic. Yet. Everything is done. Maybe?
And:
So much loving of this. Ugh. If I could have gotten Druid back Lala's life would be perfect.
I love it, been having so much fun on the water.

Penwize has cowardly forfeited the challenge to mortal combat issued by Atalkez.
I knew there was some lesson loss but I mean really? This is a lot
