    Harassment is a crime in Hashan. This person was harassing citizens. Person is enemied for harassment and thus had a bounty put on them.

    And the bounty will result in an issue and it will be upheld just like the last one was. Why would you try to force something that's already been ruled upon?

    I came across a weird scroll while exploring in Achaea. Thought you guys would like it heh.  Hope you enjoy. Also love hanging out with @Kitiara she is quite a fun chick to explore with. It's fun watching her try to make people talk to her.

    I'm not exactly going to tell new players "Oh, we can't do anything about x constantly asking you to do something even after they've been asked to stop" Sure, ignore is an option to suggest, but ignore is inherently an OOC mechanic because it is an indication you do not wish to interact with the PLAYER anymore.

    However, Anytus his ruling in this issue did say that the people that were asked to procure these items have rp reason to kill the person that asked, and since the vast majority of them are newbies, the concept of contracts or a champion comes into play (Since no matter how horrible of a fighter the asker is, I sincerely doubt a sub level 30/50 player can win without being an alt/having arties/transing a few skills)

    Regardless, @Siduri and I have agreed roughly fourteen hours ago that if no clarification is given in ten hours(from now, for the nitpickers), the contracts will be set up.

    I think @Tharvis and @Siduri have a good plan moving forward!

    Seeing how Tharvis already stated what Hashan is going to be doing, Jukilian. I suggest you get on the same page with your city's Regent. 

    I'm not sure what you're referencing otherwise, but it's cute that your animosity extends to OOC forums.

    I thought that detail was a given since normally PK rights don't extend beyond 24hours of the incident (do they even extend that long? hrm.)

    HELP 11.6:

    Alters your skills, with the amount in each skill dependent on the God
    doing the favouring or disfavouring.
    Every ability in Vision is about gaining Knowledge on something. Sounds pretty appropriate to me!

    it's pretty much every skill. I can't priest at all for 3 days because everything I need is now unusable.
