    I bugged it and mentioned it on ACC as soon as I was told you were able to drop them while phased and had been dropping it at Stygian and then leaving immediately to avoid any consequence and to needlessly grief.

    Most of the things mentioned have always been the case. I did notice the damage is boosted by intelligence, probably collar too, so if they're hurting too much, that's a good place to look. Mine tickles. :(

    Ultimately though, I don't think it gets higher at the artied level than BM thunderstorm, and it only fires on deathsights. So, the only way to actually control its fire and guarantee multiple fires in a row is to suicide your own people. Its room-wide so if they drop it in their own room, they die too. It's mostly seeming like a fun LoS counter.

    I am not saying anything negative about Targossas. Honestly props to you guys on the win. And I love the conflict between Hashan and Targossas. I am saying that if anyone wants to destroy more than one room then do it for real by making a level 2 or 3 tank. Don't cheap out and do 2 tanks.

    You assume we were trying to prove something. Maybe we just wanted to drop two tanks. Twice as much to gain, twice as much to lose. Dunno what you're complaining about.

    Worth noting that I highly doubt Hashan would have enjoyed themselves in a raid that went on long enough to get a level 2 tank. There's only so many times you can wipe before you get really tired of dying, despite the no XP loss.
