    * Active curing abilities now have a small cooldown before they can be used again. The length of the cooldown varies depending on the efficacy of the ability. This change applies to:
    SALT (Alchemy)
    RAGE (Chivalry)
    BLOODBOIL (Elementalism)
    REMEDY (Groves)
    BEDEVIL (Healing) - Active use only.
    HEAL (Healing)
    MIGHT (Metamorphosis)
    ALLEVIATE (Striking)
    FOOL (Tarot)

    Alleviate is 10s, and I hear the same for salt; would assume it's the same for all the single-affliction cures.

    Bloodboil is 20s regardless of whether it cures one or two afflictions. I don't see why you would use it if you only have one affliction in the first place, anyway.

    Putting active heals on a timer similar to dragonheal is dumb solely for the reason that these abilities can be stopped by multiple hindering afflictions (para, entangled, prone, broken arm, tfixed, etc) while dragonheal can be used under -any- circumstance (aside from reckless and weariness). 10s would have been fine. 20s with qw and diadem? Overkill

    Except that the affliction classes that are screwed over by active healing abilities don't generally include entangled/prone/broken arms/transfix in their locking combos, and most of them went through paralysis.

    Ink web... touch web at person. Sleep also prones. Epteth/epteth for getting at least one arm (which is all it takes). I'll grant you the tfix though
