  • I talked to you ICly about totems a few weeks ago. That conversation and your forum posts show that you are pretty ignorant regarding totems (good job bragging that you uprooted ~80 totems in Shallam's old subs, really classy).

Sorry we forgot to take down the totems on New Hope, we had forgotten about those. That is still -entirely- different than Ashtan toteming most of the Central Wilderness.

No one wants to spend 6 hours uprooting the totems in New Hope, its no longer a real axis of conflict with the Refugees out though.

Given I've never had any IC interaction with you Cooper, I can't count an OOC clan and Skype as being valid, since you know, it's strictly an OOC context. :)

It's also worth noting that you cut off off these avenues of communication well before I replaced the totems on the highway that were uprooted. So the timing as well as the context is out place.

Since the totems in question were implanted by myself, I have received no IC communication or interaction from anyone asides from the usual "You'll never leave Ashtan again" from Achilles. If fact, the only person that speaks to me at all is Tesha and she was trying to convert me.
(D.M.A.): Cooper says, "Kyrra is either the most innocent person in the world, or the girl who uses the most innuendo seemingly unintentionally but really on purpose."

100% agreed on this point. We should not have totems in New Hope anymore (it's not as big of deal if they are smudged right now, but definitely something we need to take care of ASAP for RP and other reasons).

    Mine took a couple days.

Along these same lines though, how that the new customisatoin system is in, how long does it typically take customisations@achaea.com to respond?  Mine's going on two weeks now.
  • KyrraKyrra Australia
When it first went in, I had a 2 (rl) day turn around on a description customisation through the in-game system, and I think a 1 day turn around to get a plinth customised through customisations@achaea.com.

I've heard a few people have been waiting for some time on hearing back from submissions, and it made me curious if items are put into similar queues as UUC submissions. There's been super long turn around on some if those as well.

But doesn't mean you don't have the obligation to get your people to uproot the totem you put down in the first place! Responsibilities! Also side note, you guys are really going to have a few crazy days uprooting and replanting the totems in Targossas when the refugees finally have the real 'Targossas' organization to designate totems to. I feel for you guys, kek.

Pretty sure that when the new city is finished being built, the planted totems will probably be removed anyway, since I'm guessing that the new city will have a much different layout. And robots. And jet planes. So I'll probably be only more concerned with replanting than uprooting.

I wouldn't be worried though. We have totembotsDraekar on the job.

We get notified when new customisations are submitted and as far as I'm aware they're normally resolved fairly quickly, as long as there aren't other priority matters. At this point in time, there are no submitted customisation requests awaiting actioning that I can see (there are three unsubmitted and three recently completed ones).
  • On the subject of customisations: With class items like the Magi staff, should I e-mail customisations, or just submit a request through the new system?

Unless you have a token, I'm guessing new system. As long as there are plenty of months left on the staff it should work the same as something else.

Elementalism staff only comes with two 'months' decay time. I suppose I could try using a stasis bag, though.
  • I thought they were 30 months or something.

  • Unfortunately, no. It's a grand total of two months per staff. Which is why I'm a bit unsure of using the in-game system.

If you have your description all set to go and submit right away when you get a new staff, you might be better off with the in-game system. I've customised several things and had faster turnaround with CUSTOMISATION than through email.
  • JonathinJonathin Retired in a hole.
Submit it in 2 steps. Do the non-decay and resetting first as they go through quickest. Then get your customization as a second submission without fear of it decaying.

No you won't, you'll be able to choose a new racial spec when you reincarnate.

I don't know about basic attacks but I know it affects shatter. It takes around 2 hits to break with shatter using a magi staff (100 base damage and no weapon proficiency) or flail without proficiency. It only takes one most of the time with proficiency in flail. I think it may translate to normal attacks but I'm not 100% sure.

Edit: Of course it'll usually break in one if you're using a warhammer proficiency or no. >.>
