I don't remember what all is affected by weaponry. I think it's all weaponry/chivalry attacks, and normal weapon commands (the slash/jab/crush/etc. seen when probing weapons), with the exception of songblessed rapiers (possibly? I remember someone saying it may be bugged).
Message #811 Sent by Achaea 12/19/19:13 Your bug report (detail: Songblessed rapiers appear to be using weaponry skill for their speed rather than swashbuckling. With gifted weaponry and trans swashbuckling, jabbing with an un-songblessed rapier and then songblessing and jabbing with the same rapier resulted in a jab speed of 3.3-3.4 seconds on both tests (with nimble). This indicates that swashbuckling isn't affecting the speed of songblessed rapiers. A trans weaponry bard without nimble was able to jab at around 3.0- 3.1 with the same rapier) - has been assigned to high priority.
Thought I might as well share this info. Though it looks like it's still bugged so I've just gone ahead and learned weaponry because I don't want to wait.
Does anyone know anything about the chance for troll stun? I did a bit
of testing, and got 4 stuns out of 200 newbie punches and 0 stuns out of
200 JBPs. But I don't know if anything influences the chance, such as
level, damage, attack used, etc., so it would take a lot of time to get
meaningful results. If I knew exactly what circumstances I should be testing, it would save a lot of effort.
Be subtle about it. Most people know that Mosr hates humans and mhun. Refuse to do business with them or charge them a higher rate. Racism is a more complex issue than just verbal shows.
Racism is a mindset and it took me a lot of thought to apply it to Mosr so that it didn't look tacky and stupid. It also took some pretty substantial RP stuff to get it that way while he was young. Once you understand the depth of the fear or hatred of the race you chose to apply to your character, you can start to figure out the limits. Don't walk around saying "Xorani are the spawn of goats and Elara should've killed them in the beginning. They deserve this illness" because that just looks stupid.

Racism generally looks stupid. I personally don't think that racism fits the Achaean worldview terribly well, which is the reason that things that people do IRL to be racist don't look particularly viable in Achaea.
I've gotta say, my main question would more be 'Are you sure you want to try and RP a racist in a world where it's very easy to miss the race of the person you're talking to?'
I dunno, I think ethnicity-based bigotry is pretty common in Achaea. Tritons are pretty racist against landwalkers, Mhaldor seems pretty racist in regards to Moghedu-based mhun, Ursu and Taryen are pretty racist regarding each other, Horkval are pretty racist toward Grook... Actually, most sea-people are pretty racist when it comes to grook. Now that I think about it, sea-folk are just racist against everyone, including sea-folk from different areas of the ocean.
Yeah, tons of denizen villages are racist. Pretty much all villages that consist primarily of members of a single race do have a touch of it (it makes quite a difference if you enter places like Moghedu or Inbhir Ness as a member of their race, or another one). It's just that among adventurers, racism tends to be a bit less commonplace, which sort of makes sense: adventurers are Achaea's cosmopolitans. They travel more, come in contact with more different people, are more politically involved with the world at large than the ordinary simple denizen blacksmith or town guard.
But that doesn't mean some adventurers can't still be quite racist, to varying degrees. Iocun most certainly isn't a "racist", but he still has strong ties to his race and might be biased towards them in certain situations, and I could very well imagine that this goes a lot further for others.
From The List: Ability to summon mounts from inventory with standard WHISTLE MOUNT message
This is great, and I understand why people want it, and there is quite a history of people asking for it. I am just curious if mounts are going to keep respawning into inventory fairly frequently so long as they are alive, and not currently being ridden (which brings me to another question - will they still respawn into inventory if someone is riding them)? I actually think it's incredibly handy that they go back into inventory pretty frequently, and hope that won't change.
EDIT: respawning while being ridden is obviously not "handy" however...
To give you some kind of answer for now, it's trying to "stack" different afflictions that have the same cure (in this case, kelp). That's the short, fellow noncom answer If you want in game, since you're Cyrenian, I bet the Wardens might share their more detailed information on it if you ask them.
Okay, that's great; thanks. So is the point of a kelp stack to get a certain affliction to stick, or to generally eff up somebody's curing so you can damage them out?
You're trying to stick being behind on kelp in general at first I think. Part of why it might work is because of people's healing priorities - like, most of us heal paralysis before anything, which doesn't involve eating kelp. I think it's also because most of the kelp afflictions aren't healed by focus and, while healed by tree, tree can't be used as often? I wish the article I had said something about that second part, but I think that is part of why. Now I'm really curious.
If no one chimes in with a more complete/correct answer here, I'd ask Zinka.
Generally if your going for a kelp stack, you are trying to stick Asthma which can only be cured by kelp, its not focusable.
Ie if you dsl with sensativity, clumsi, weari (which can be cured with focus) and then you hit with Asthma you have a chance of the Asthma sticking when they eat kelp as it has a chance of curing the other affs first so if they had all those then its a 25% chance to cure asthma.
If you then hit with say gecko and anorexia(slike from memory) then they could not smoke to cure the slickness(or eat bloodroot), could not eat to cure the asthma and could not apply a salve to cure the anorexia.
Then you just need to worry about Focus, tree, fitness.

I submitted a bug report about it ages ago and never checked to see if it got fixed.
