This may sound dumb but what if you don't like the artefact that you have bought, can you get your money back or am I stuck with the artefact?
Depends on the situation. Normally you can trade it in for a 33% loss on the item, but you could message Tecton about the artie and explain why you're changed your mind. They've been open in the past to things like that, but it's a case by case basis.
Penwize has cowardly forfeited the challenge to mortal combat issued by Atalkez.
If you just bought it, try emailing artefacts@achaea.com, they'll usually give a full refund if it turns out the artefact wasn't really what you wanted and it's only been like a day or so since you bought it (I'm not sure if that would still apply if you bought it directly from this month's artefact sale, but it can't hurt to ask).
If you've had it for a while already, you'll just have to trade it in normally (ARTEFACT <item> TRADEIN) for 2/3 of the credit cost.
@Decron if you bought it with credits IG, yeah usually they'll do a refund if it's only been a day or so. If you bought it with RL money directly through the sale, that's less likely. They might let you switch it for something else though. Ask asap! The sooner you get in the more likely they'll be happy to discuss it.
"Pain or damage don't end the world, or despair or beatings. The world ends when you're dead. Until then you've got more punishment in store. Stand it like a man, and give some back."
K I idea'd this because I couldn't find anything on it, but just to be sure, is there no MSG LIST LATEST or MSG LIST NEWEST functionality that shows you the last 20 messages? Or do you -have- to remember/scroll through/find the number of the message 19 messages ago?
I'd be surprised if this hasn't already been implemented, but I couldn't find it. :surprised:
I always check messages from the website Easier to reply to and also easier to delete the sent messages that I don't want to keep because dealing with that extra folder in game is a pita.
Pretty sure there was some sort of toggle that let you switch between viewing oldest messages first and newest messages first when checking MSGS

Can't seem to find one, but there could be one
I'm pretty sure this was a thing but I can't find anything on it now. Maybe I am thinking of an idea that might have hit the forums for messages to display for newest first? @Tecton can probably clarify, but I'm baffled it's not a thing because I am certain it was.

Hey, out of pure curiosity, what happens to all the gold that gets spent at Denizen shops (i.e. Rurin)? Does it get deleted, or go into a super hidden stockroom? Also, if a guess had to be made, how much gold has been spent at Rurin's shops over the years?
I'd guess a lot since I still frequent Rurin for inks and sigils. When I restock my rift, I like to clean out 2-3 cities at a time.
If there's ever a shortage of yellow inks, I'm probably to blame >.>

anyone IDEA'd the ability to EMBROIDER artefacts yet? Since engraving has been made available
Aurora says, "Tharvis, why are you always breaking things?!" Artemis says, "You are so high maintenance, Tharvis, gosh." Tecton says, "It's still your fault, Tharvis."
Is it worth it to apply for Guide even if my schedule doesn't exactly match up with the times requested? Being a Guide has been a huge goal of mine, but I'm getting switched to days at work in August, which will mean I will only be available during those times on weekends and maybe one day a week, sadly. Can always wait for the next round of applications I suppose, but was wondering if it might still be worth a Hail Mary this round
I think they're always 'accepting' guide applications, even if they aren't actively open. At least that's what I recall one of the admin saying... Whether you'll get approved or not is another story, though.
I want to add resetting and nondecay to my staff, as I've received two figurines from globes. I submitted a customisation for just those two things, but it was purged? I just used the CUSTOMISATION commands and added the two options I wanted, then submitted it, but it doesn't seem like it was accepted. Did I do something wrong, or is it not possible to nondecay/resetting a plain staff? I'll likely add a custom description later, but I'm just tired of the decay.
The second question: if I wanted to renew my membership like 3 days early to take advantage of some time off work I have, is there any chance of that happening? It renews on the 7th and I get the 25% boost to xp. Also, I'll finally have enough to get an SoA, which I'm kind of excited about. Does anyone know if that's even a possibility, or am I stuck waiting?

No idea on the second question, pretty sure it's not possible because I've tried to renew early before through the website and it rejects, saying you have a current membership, but maybe there's the possibility of someone making an exception?
On the customisation, though, once the customisation is approved you'll get a message, and then you have to CUSTOMISATION COMPLETE # (WITH FIGURINE if not using bound credits). After you complete, the staff should be nondecay and resetting, and then the customisation will disappear after a few days. You can go back and do a customisation on the appearance anytime.
@Alaskar you'll need to submit the customisation twice if you want to use two figurines to pay for it, first do non-decay, then do resetting when it comes back.
If it's for a staff, I think they decay fairly quickly? So that may be your issue. Just keep trying to get the non decay in before it poofs. Sooner or later one will work.
After I max out twoarts what other skills should I focus on?
You'll generally want to focus on Striking, as Twoarts and Striking are the essential part of fighting as a Blademaster. If you haven't already, you'll also want to get some Survival for Assessing and Focusing. Shindo has some awesome skills in like Evade, Mindnet, and more
You know, that one thing at that one place, with that one person.
Looking like nothing so much as a dragon in miniature, this diminutive lizard has a noble presence that transforms a potential slight into a tribute to those majestic beings. Comparable in stature to a small hawk, his wiry body is well-suited to the flight implied by the broad wings that flare from his shoulder blades. A slightly lighter green than his verdant, emerald hide, the appendages spread to a length twice that of his body and are composed of thin, delicate bones overlaid with an almost translucent membrane. An elongated, sinuous neck rises from the apogee of his torso, supporting a wedged head which features narrow, slit-pupil eyes that silently express the inherently predatory nature of this beast. The collection of teeth in his maw and claws at the apex of his small forearms and powerful back legs only serve to underline that message.
You pet a winged lizard of verdant green ingratiatingly.
Chirping happily, a winged lizard of verdant green leans against your hand, nuzzling his soft muzzle into your hand.
Nymarie pets a winged lizard of golden hue ingratiatingly.
A winged lizard of golden hue eyes Nymarie warily before gliding to a safer distance.
And then some ambient ones I'll put up later
Aurora says, "Tharvis, why are you always breaking things?!" Artemis says, "You are so high maintenance, Tharvis, gosh." Tecton says, "It's still your fault, Tharvis."
(ambient) With a strong flap of his wings, a winged lizard of golden hue shoots vertically into the air, in pursuit of an unseen target.
edit: (ambient) A winged lizard of golden hue flits about the area in a complex, aerial dance.
You beckon to a winged lizard of golden hue.
With a happy trill, a winged lizard of golden hue adjusts his flight to hover just behind you.

@Tecton if someone manages to collect all six coloured winged lizards can they combine them into the elder lizard?
