Someone wanna spell out for me what the three font powers do, numberwise? How often it ticks, how long it disrupts totem propping, how much damage increase per tick, etc?
The numbers you gave are the same though, there's nothing different about them as far as I can see.
Ah, I see what you mean. I didn't do the math. Mine are cumulative figures and the link gives how much needed for just that level - so they looked difference when I glanced at them.
Does anyone else have a problem with curingsets? I have Svo set up to switch to an empty curingset on death, entry and exit of Achaea so I don't spam deffing immediately, but every time I burst, etc, it does my main curingset deffing. Example log.

Does any city have any sort of protocol for reclaiming land in the subdivisions owned by enemies, in the event that the enemies are dormant? Or do you just leave them forever?

You can't recover devotion/essence if you've been excommunicated/anathemised, so once you use up however much you have left, you're cut off from any abilities that use devotion/essence.
The Deacon of Celestia is the only mortal who can excommunicate, and the Dread Ecclesiarch of Transvital Corruption is the only mortal who can anathemise . The gods of Evil/Good can probably also do it, but I'm not sure whether they actually would. Also, anathema is pretty rare.
Sena's right in that they're positions only granted by Gods, nothing to do with anything else (at least in Good's case, idk about Mhaldor so much).
The necromancy equivalent is unique in that it's almost entirely player-based and rarely used. Moreover, the player can also remove it. With Devotion, you have to get the heads of Good (Aurora/Deucalion) to forgive you to have it removed.

Before I list everything that can possibly restore health, what specifically are you looking for? All passive health recovery, passive health recovery that counts towards the limit of "level 3 health regen", anything that restores health, or something else?
A complete (probably) list of all sources of passive health regen ("passive" here meaning that it heals you periodically, not including things that passively heal you when triggered by certain events, like vitality): Regen ring artefacts, berkana rune, boar tattoo, sleeping, grook regen in water, health regen rooms, astronomy empowerment (if it's focussed on the sun), groves harmony (if it's harmonised with the forests), harmony vibe, revitalisation rite, continuo harmonic, groves vigour, kaido regeneration, certain mutations from occultism transmogrify, uruz rune, angel care, trollskin armour (an old artefact that's no longer available).

Appears its buried in the help files.
-----------------------------------------
Suppose you wish to maximize health regeneration. How may this be accomplished? Acquire a level 2 regen ring and a berkana rune. This would provide 3 levels of health regen. A boar tattoo would speed things further, as boar tattoo and boost/regen abilities do not count towards the 3-level limit.

Every ability is different. For the things that count towards regen levels, level 1 regen is 2% of max health, level 2 is 5%, level 3 is 8%, and it fires every 10 seconds. Boar is 5% every 10 seconds, uruz is 100+5% every 6 seconds, and I don't remember the numbers on anything else.
Does anyone have a rough ETA as to when the knight changes are coming around?
My hopeful (but very rough) ETA is sometime in the first half of 2015. I suspect they'll end up being deployed with all of the other class changes to facilitate the tradeskill split, plus weaponry changes, plus forging changes, plus any other tradeskill changes. Maybe even multiclass as well.
@Nylith: Megalith is some form of additional willpower regen per tick, but definitely isn't 5% (that would be absolutely crazy) - I suspect it's probably an extra X willpower/tick, Sena likely has the numbers. If you mean moon (which is mana regen), again no, that's a straight 75 mana per tick if I recall correctly.

Srsly? Shaman classlead changes were put on hold because they thought they'd deal with them during their reworking...but we were recently told that is going to be after knights. So basically, shamans won't be seeing any fixes until mid to late 2015? That's...so disappointing. Pls @Makarios & @Tecton say it isn't so.

What position has the power to perform these actions?

Pretty sure this is an artifact, but I can't find it in the list for some reason. I'm probably blind. Halp?
