What should I do to hit harder? I tried to be a Monk but I died too many times so I decided to play as a sentinel but I been thinking of going back to play as a Monk. any ideas?
I have Cerebral Palsy, so it'll take me a bit to learn things so please try to be patient with me.

You will die "too many times" before you figure out how your class works. That's kind of the learning curve right there.
Knuckles gud for sent too. Damage is not something you should be worrying about at level 32, but instead be focusing on surviving shit. Once you're at a comfortable health/mitigation level, that's when you focus on smashing faces in.
Since changes to Weaponry are probably still a long way in coming, does weapon damage/speed/ scale up with how far you are learned in the skill? The help file seems to imply it does, but in a very vague manner. I was wondering if anyone had a bit more information about it.
Yes, weaponry increases damage/speed/accuracy of normal weapon attacks and knight weapon attacks. Knights use both chivalry and weaponry, getting the full effect of whichever skill is higher, and 10% of the lower skill. The exceptions, which use class skills in place of weaponry but otherwise work the same, are songblessed rapiers, throwing axes for sentinels, and apparently daggers for jesters (I didn't know about that until Daeir mentioned it a few days ago, and the change was never mentioned in any announce posts, so I'm not 100% certain), and of course class-specific weapons (spiritual maces, blackjacks, blademaster blades). I'm not sure about quarterstaves though.
For speed, the difference between inept and trans weaponry is 1 second of balance. The damage formula is more complicated, with your skill level increasing both the flat portion and the health-scaling portion of the damage, and it's also capped at some point below trans (so going from mythical to trans won't increase your damage any further, and knights with both skill trans won't have any additional damage compared to someone with just weaponry). I don't have any specific numbers for accuracy, and I don't know whether it's capped below trans like damage (and thus I don't know whether trans chivalry+weaponry gives more accuracy than just trans weaponry).
All of that applies to both PvP and PvE damage, including the damage being capped below trans.

Just go Runewarden. Tankiest, hit harderest, fastest.
My intel is 18 and I have a lvl3 collar my kai choke is at 35% max health. If it caps at 16 with collar then I could use those stats somewhere else.
There's no hard cap just a diminishing returns make further investments pointless, cap (ie 2k credits for 1% damage isn't worth even bothering with type cap)
Pickpocketing denizens if you have trans subterfuge and are low level is not too shabby. Once you get up to a decent level though (75+) you'll bash gold faster than steal it.
From players is endless fun whether you get their gold or not.
It ceases to be fun when the only people you can steal reliably from are either afk or new to the game.
It's really not that great.
Sometimes you catch people that are lazy or offguard, and can get quite a bit off them, even when they aren't afk.
Like, a certain somebody who was standing around a store with a friend. Had their gold out and selfishness down. I got 30k off of them before they wised up (probably noticed their inventory lighter). Definitely not afk, but still a successful theft.
It's really hit and miss, and nearly impossible to get someone who's fully aware and prepared for it. But, them's the breaks.
you'd be surprised how many hotshot Marks/experienced players don't keep selfishness up - Dalran just donated 25 monolith sigils to the cause yesterday

Dalran? Hotshot? That guy super scrub.
Penwize has cowardly forfeited the challenge to mortal combat issued by Atalkez.

Edit: More on topic: What's a good way to stay alive from Alchemists when you're about to be blown up? I bleed almost double my health and I can't get away due to the blocking thingy. If I somersault away they move just as I leave the room and I've accomplished almost nothing.

Can fake the tumble or put between the room you're tumbling into and the room you're in.

You tested that on me and I'm transed fitness, so that plays a part in it. I remembet Nemutaur I think choking inept Fitness for > 40%
There's no cap as Sena says I'm pretty sure. I do ~40%, Inept or Capable Fitness with 19 int, L1 Collar.

@Valus - Hunt and level up first! Combat at 32 is not really feasible, you need more health.
Trans your class skills, if you haven't already. Spec for strength, and buy knuckles if you have $$$.
[edit: to clarify, this is advice for if you go back to monk. I don't know anything about sentinels, but the leveling thing holds true regardless.]

Join a city, that's probably the best combat advice I could possibly give you.

@Sena
And you won't understand the cause of your grief...
...But you'll always follow the voices beneath.

As a serpent can you steal gold from denizens? if so do you need the third skill?
You can pickpocket denizens, yes. All you need is the pickpocket ability. No hypnosis required.
Technically, with a lazy enough mark, you don't need hypnosis with other players either. ^_^
Awesome
But (not sure if this has been said yet) don't go switching over to Serpent for theft because pickpocketing is extremely close to pointless right now
Why?
Nah, you honestly just have to learn how to do it. I've been fairly successful when I've actually put effort into it.

Bukariin will change his mind when he steals a falcon.

It is a one-handed weapon.
Damage: 70 To-hit: 146 Speed: 235
An ornate steel rapier has no venoms or magical effects on it.
