Or just keep them hypno'd with Disrupt, and then snap it when they break legs and tumble away!!!
This is often suggested, but is silly. It negates the possibility of locking, as a serpent. (Since by "waiting" to snap on double leg break, you lose the ability to use an entire class skill)
It'll definitely keep you alive though, as will WORMHOLES.
However, you see that message because when swing staff fails, it doesn't take any balance. However, if the target has a broken leg, you'll always see that message since re-using it still re-takes balance.
And I love too Be still, my indelible friend That love soon might end You are unbreaking And be known in its aching Though quaking Shown in this shaking Though crazy Lately of my wasteland, baby That's just wasteland, baby
Anyone got a list of class specific active curing abilities? I need to write a multi-class lock queue function and all I have in it now is Fitness and Fool.
What I need is the ability, what classes have it, what it does, what you need (bal/eq etc) and what its prevented by.
Expert diagnoser is a great trait to account for that randomness. I have started using it in the past two days and it is a life saver. Especially on things like kelp stacks.

Yeah. Expert diagnoser is a bit unwieldy at first, when you're still unsure how to tie it into your offensive routine, but it can be really nice once you get more familiar with using it.
Is this affliction tracker rage a recent thing? I'd never even heard of people actually making affliction trackers for their offense 2+ years ago, just watching the fight and weighing the chances out in their head. Now it seems like anyone who fights as an affliction class has made one, successful or not
I'm with you. I have no idea why people have them. It's pretty obvious what people are curing and you can pretty easily know what they have and don't have. At least until you start stacking things like kelp or goldenseal, but that's random and you can't keep track of that anyway.
Why would you use it on low health opponent's if the damage is % based? The damage type is unblockable, so you'd aim to use it against Knights/Priests/Serpents/Sylvans and the like. That % doesn't look right, though, I'd need to see @Nemutaur comment on the numbers, or Jhui, as I assume they've tested it enough
That's nothing to do with the numbers of axekick there though, Shadrac had 4 broken limbs and got hit for a 44% axekick. I thought it was supposed to be 5+(15*limbsbroken) before resistances

How much is Receptive Body worth again in terms of the sip bonus? Need to see if Brilliance is worth whatever it is I'm losing... *Mutter*
According to Sena it's 5%.

Thanks!
When "sticking" stuff, is it last affliction on cured first or first affliction on cured first?
It's random.
damn!

Over programming nonsense.
Same reason people have limb counters opposed to counting in their head. No reason not to if you're capable of it, and it's a fun challenge to boot.

Ok so... 4 broken limbs (that's a 5 limb break with one leg being cured in the mean time ) got me a 55.7%
axk combo on a dragon, and he could fly before I regained balance from the axk. So: When would a monk use AXK over BBT? Low health opponents?

There's the paste of the breaking and his health
Does no monk ever enfeeble?

3 limbs resto broken at time of axe kick.
Which did 40% of my health.

That's 4 including torso right?
Oh, I didn't even read the log you posted, assumed you meant of me.
And uh..no, that's 3. I cured the leg and the arm got to mending state.
Hasar pre-applied resto in his log, so was able to cure 2 limbs in time.
In shadrac log, did he give you the 2nd axk % or the first? seemed unclear.
Does he have tf?
Is shadrac male or female? I just guessed.
Second? I only Axk'd once. Nevermind he does have a tf
Male.
So how do I as a monk deal with affliction classes? Bards, Knights, I can't get an attack in edgewise for all the clumsiness and paralysis.
