I -loved- witnessing that bloodswearing. It brought out exactly what's fantastic about the mechanic. So few class skills get a real chance to shine out in roleplay, but this one by far is a favourite, and to see them roll it out was just awe-inspiring.
Definitely gave me a few neat ideas for any Lumeni who might end up doing their own ceremony at some point!
And I love too Be still, my indelible friend That love soon might end You are unbreaking And be known in its aching Though quaking Shown in this shaking Though crazy Lately of my wasteland, baby That's just wasteland, baby

It is, in fact, the portrait of Mordanyconus that won Sothantos the Artisanals some time ago. He's just too pretty to hide away in a cave all the time, don't you agree?
@Babel: Damn, he's one sexy beast(I think I already mentioned that before though, but still). The only way for @Deucalion and @Aurora to out-sexy that Mordanyconus is to have a denizen with four eyes. OR SEVEN!
A huge rave for the person who, a year ago, made a denizen for the CIJ to deliver presents. People have been astounded when visited by the Ironbeard goblin child imposter. I must've sent at least two hundred presents now, and I only got two "Do I know you?"s.
I'm the guy that's sending you presents. Do not question it.
"Trust in me, Universe, I will deliver / the promise that no-one shall ever / set their mind to games or play / for Serious Order is the way. I will not rest until it is done; / rules will be made for everyone. / They will know Order and its graces - and just like me, all shall be Greyfaces." - The Heroes of Sapience, Act 5, Greyface.

Aerek and I did ours sometime back, and while I didn't keep our whole conversation, I did keep this snippet:
Sir Aerek LastGoodbye says to you in Cyrenese, "I make this pledge to you now and for all eternity. When you are thirsty, I will bring you water. When you have hunger, my bread shall be yours. When you are cold, you will have the shirt off my back. When you are in danger, I will be your shield. When you sorrow, I will be your joy. In all things you are my sister, and my loyalty to you will never end. I make this pledge with a pure heart and a pure mind and ask that you accept it in the spirit it is given."
Which, if anyone knows Warden lore, is based off their Knighthood vows, so still very poignant.
Here's to more roleplay-driven bloodswearing in the future! That is my rave.

Flavour wise, that is. I have no idea what it does to your stats.
When it's activated (it only works while both are together in the same room), health and mana are combined (each partner gets 70% of the total), when one partner sips health/mana it also heals the other partner, and I think damage is also shared but I'm not sure on that. If one dies, so does the other.
Damage isn't shared. Each person gets 10% of the other person's sip. You can turn bloodsworn on from anywhere at any time, and it will last for 60 seconds (unless you are in your bloodsworn's room, then it will last indefinitely) with a constant drain of mana.
You can be separated for a minute before the bloodsworn wears off. Health and mana are pooled together (70% of the combined). You get a small % (like 15%) of the other persons sip. Damage is not shared. So if people focus on one (which is what people do in groups) you really don't get a sip bonus since the non-targeted person isn't hurt so no sipping (you could possibly script something, though its such a small bonus it might not be worth using your sip balance on or I manual sip if I can). And yes, if one dies both die (does not go through starburst).
If you actually used it you could tell this skill was never fully tested. You can try to turn on bloodswear even if your bloodsworn is in dragon, you can't use it in the arena, you can turn off bloodswear even if you don't have it on to begin with. I submitted a classlead for it just to make it worthwhile to use otherwise its just a listless (trans no less) ability people stop using once they hit dragon. A lot of people don't even trans out devo now, they stop at resurrection.
Oh this is a rave. Ummm... the one good thing about it once you get to the higher levels and have no use for it hunting wise is you can grief the crap out of your bloodsworn. I once heartstopped in the arena to leave and it killed Darroth for real.
I love whoever writes all the events post, except the Demigod happening part. Sounded like some creepy obsession with Rangor and how awesome he is and making the rest of us look like little bitches. :P
@Vayne, @Flair: I missed all of this! Grrr... @Boosteya advised me to get involved, but that was not easy at all. Glad you both had fun.
Many thanks to @Eilona and @Boosteya, I am glad I lived the last Event with you both. And many thanks to @Oceana, who finnaly saved me from Nishnatoba after I was trapped there...

In one of the staff of nicator twin battles, me and Kard used it. Was awasome Maya making a quick change just for us to use it in that event.

But a little artistic license is to be expected. I've adored the events posts throughout this whole thing - amazing, amazing work.
