@Elon hits like 3 trucks but I still had fun leading my first ever city defense against him. Pretty sure he thinks we are dating now with how much we chased him.
We are what we pretend to be, so we must be careful about what we pretend to be.
I'd like to say thanks to the Garden for getting the mortals involved in planning, it was a nice finale to the RL month's worth of crafting contests.
I'm also excited to see the new direction of Pandora taking a stance and what this will mean for Pandorans. It's a very interesting angle to take for Mischief in a way that I could not have anticipated, so kudos to Whoever came up with the concept and I wish Pandora(ns) the best of luck.

Alright, time to do a slightly more proper post instead of just responding.
First, Capture the Flag! I'm happy to win, but my satisfaction that those I surveyed afterwards on our team had fun is just as enduring. It may be recency bias in some sense, but this one was fun to lead, even among comparable victories of the past. I tried something relatively unorthodox in an organizational sense, which worked better than expected, and that is a good sort-of validation.
On my side, special commendation to @Aegoth for associate leadership, @Atalkez and @Alasiel for taking the greatest active role in running, @Minifie and @Reyson for helping with secondary leadership/slightly more individual tasks for my own battle group. I couldn't see all things within the other group, but @Saibel was visibly outstanding in her flag management/survival and @Proficy helped out a lot early with the logistics between teams and watching secondary flags.
@Ysela plays the civic/religious leadership and balances that with handing over military command extraordinarily well. Thank you for the opportunity and being communicative, as you always have been with me. You are no dog-in-the-manger.
All of the Mhaldorians, however, deserved the victory. So agreeable, so fun, so easygoing; even when separated, people just did their best to regroup with the moving team, not a bit of whining or snarky mention of being left behind. Paraphrasing something I said during the battles: well done, idiocy notwithstanding.
And thanks to the opposition, though I don't know who all of their actual group leaders were. Most impressed with Targossas' resilience and Cyrene's showing. The latter was never a threat to win, but this is the first one I've played where they were a legitimate factor on offense.
Design contests! I managed to place or win at least once a week for the month, which feels good. It looks like my sculpture went uncontested among artists, even though I'm fairly sure it wasn't, but that was probably the single design I was most happy with among the whole month's. Sculpture is my favorite visual art form (to enjoy, I have no talent in creation) in real life, and it's a wonderful way to cap off the contests. If only it were a real skill! But as with the one I participated in before (where I think I got 2nd), I love it. Thank you, @Nicola, @Ictinus, and whoever judged.
Helping with the designs for the party was good! I got to exchange some conversation, professional as most of it may have been, with people who were generally agreeable but had their bits of personality in @Mezghar, @Jiraishin, and @Frances. Good to meet or work with you guys, even if we were mostly interested in getting it over with after a while. Thanks, Demis (don't know if you'd want tagged), it was a lot of fun and drummed up anticipation for what was to come.
And finally, the party itself! Even before it started, the process of designing with @Alasiel was a real joy. A little bit of unsurety, but the back-and-forth of bouncing ideas and references back and forth made something I don't usually enjoy that much (designing whole outfits instead of individual pieces) very fun. The real party started after most people left and things became more manageable, and that's where it got real interesting.
@Pandora was outstanding. I don't know whether people really got to understand just how attentive she was throughout it all, but that was some outstanding conversational play and character setup. I look forward to telling a story or stories in the future. Thank you for the dance, @Tahquil. Good music, @Zackery, now with extra sore fingers from glissandos all day.
I understand that I'm pretty blessed when it comes to this game. A good portion of that is based on my own capabilities and the paths I've taken as a character, but still, I've been lucky to have multiple generations of wonderful friends and fantastic experiences. Much of the time in game is spent essentially waiting. No matter how active you try to be, there's almost always waiting for someone, probing for a response, and so on. But over time, the knowledge accumulates and the base for your character grows, whether that's thickening by staying in place and feeling the changes over time or growing wider by moving about and doing new things.
This was quite some weekend in Achaea for me, the kind that I spend days, weeks, months, years of playtime building for. I'm deeply happy to have shared in that with some of you, and I hope all of you experience something similar in your own ways; it's one of the best flavors in the world.
And as he slept he dreamed a dream, and this was his dream.
Got whisked away into the temple today for my first one to one with Lady P. Awesome, intimidating, candid, and all round super conversation. Sobby's first proper divine interaction in RL years and I'm loving it

Pretty sure She pranked me today :P
Isn't it anime to scream "Ashaxei" every damn time you want to dramatically become a giant flying lizard?
Raves to the admin that provided a grand resolution to the absolutely fun, though kinda stupid and unintentional shenanigans that @Zackery@Melodie@Keorin and I got ourselves into!
@Jurixe, @Ellodin, @Stheno, @Reyson, @Minifie and so many others
for making my move to Mhaldor so enjoyable. I admit I was pretty
apprehensive starting out, but it's been an absolute pleasure. @Cerys, glad you're back!
I want to give a special rave to both @Minifie and @Profit for helping with my return back into trading. I've learned a lot more about the value of talismans and how to correctly trade and refine them, especially considering how overwhelming they were at first with all of those pieces!! I've completed my death cape after a year of absence and also a few other talismans that will hopefully make my journey to Dragon easier!
(Side note: One of these days I promise I will stop mixing up Profit with Proficy. Sorry if you have received confusing messages!!!)
Thanks for fixing the absolute shit show that were tents!
And a big hearty LOL to the handful of people that were defending them to the death saying they weren't OP or needing any adjustments.
Indeed. Saves the situation of Ashtan putting a city totem in one belonging to an Hashani outside the city, then attacking anyone who tired to remove it.

The Divine voice of Twilight echoes in your head, "See that it is. I espy a tithe of potential in your mortal soul, Astarod Blackstone. Let us hope that it flourishes and does not falter as so many do."
Aegis, God of War says, "You are dismissed from My demense, Astarod. Go forth and fight well. Bleed fiercely, and climb the purpose you have sought to chase for."
They implanted in 2 tents we had (with artie-pikes with numerous heads). Someone on their side gloated about keeping those arties locked away 'forever'. Totems were implanted. We (eventually) uprooted them. Due to it going to take awhile for stuff to not exist (gilded pike). We implanted one to at least try and stymie their ability to put another city totem in the tent.
Then Classleads came around, and tents were free from the oppressive reign of Gilded Pikes.
