He put him out,
Like the burning end of a late night tank detonation,
He broke his heart,

And finally drank away his memory....
Life is short, but this time it was bigger.
Than the strength he had to get up off his knees.
We found him, with his artes on, in the graveyard.
With a note that said "I love Karren, until I die."
And when we buried him beneath the elm trees,
The spectres screached an Umbral Lullaby.

But nobody knew how much he blamed himself.
For years and years,
He tried to hide the whiskey in his pack.
He finally drank his pain away, a little at a time.
But he never could get drunk enough, to get Aesgar off his mind.
Until the night...
And finally drank away his memory.
Life is short, but this time it was bigger.

We found him with his artes on in the graveyard,
clinging to Aesgar's armlet for dear life.
We layed him next to him beneath the willows,
while the spectres screeched the Umbral Lullaby.
