    Honestly last time we did ret Hashan wiped us like 4-5 times so idk why that'd even be considered an insurmountable obstacle. That was really fun because both sides were constantly rushing back in, and idk why that was different than this other than okay we left for a while. You'd have probably not burnt out if you didnt all sit in the exact same room for the next 30 minutes, we usually go do whatever else if the other group isn't back by 10. Just don't go bash like Eirenwaar and you can just head back immediately, especially if you're a dragon (which Hashan has lots of!).

    But w/e, like Saeva said just ask us to leave and we usually will. We were already about to leave before we were asked to since there was no real interest beyond someone sniping our newbie out, it seemed (and that's okay, they're raiding! But don't complain our group is insurmountable when we have a newbie who's just learned her skills there too, lol). Someone just happened to get displaced before we had the chance to.

    Yeah, sorry for causing the delay. Kiet was trying to help me with a chat window script because I miss a ton during raids.

    Give us -real- shop logs! Not another misinterpretation of features we ask for, turned into something that either doesn't help at all, or doesn't remotely resemble what we wanted to begin with.

    I also rave because I don't have to deal with this.


    However, in war, there is no fairness. War is war, death is death. 1 side tries to kill the other side and vice versa. Being part of Cyrene defense back when Mhaldor and Ashtan (*RIP) raided constantly, we grew used to the times when we had no chance because of the tactics and numbers of the enemies. At times we were able to mount a defense by gathering the numbers and using the tactics available to us, other times it went horribly and I spent most of my time praying for salvation. *Shrug*

    Sometimes you do have to concede defeat (or have the honor system of dying uselessly over and over).

    The other side could take the ooc decision to make the playing field more even and allow funner conflicts - but it is never required and shouldn't be expected.

    To be fair, the reality of the Cyrenian Zerg Rush is kinda new. We've always been a big city, but until third-party systems became the norm (Mostly Vadi Sys and its successors) a majority of Cyrenian players stayed even farther from combat than they do now. They'd turn out for CTFs, but it wasn't uncommon for Mhaldor and Ashtan raids to outnumber the actual defenders in raids, back when Goryllin was last playing.

    I laughed when I saw this because I was silently racing you for part of it too.  I think it helps motivate you to keep going after hours and hours.

    I actually did not realise you went Ashtan, so I would watch rankings and see you jump and not see you on CW or QW and wonder what the hell was going on, if you were off plane or if the rankings were slow to update. Thought for most of 97 I was racing a damn ghost until I honours'ed you and my name highlighter updated.

    Yes, as long as it's only hitting and does not escalate to hitting on I think we better keep you reined in.  ;)

    And while I'm here, why not a rave for Mhaldor? Everyone I interact with regularly (and even those I only talk to now and then) seem to be great people OOC and are very interesting people IC. Quality over quantity
