Your idea #55 was deleted. The text was: Make serpentine keyrings less of a headache to operate. I really don't see any reason why 1) you can't use a key that's already on a keyring, and 2) why you can't simply 'PUT KEY ON KEYRING' when you can 'GET KEY FROM KEYRING'.. The reason given was: Your keyring should now allow you to lock and unlock doors.

As long as lock and unlock aren't forceable, that's great.

@Siduri idea'd that already though it probably needs faster attention @Tecton
Whoever made this happen - THANK YOU SO FREAKING MUCH!! It's effectively fixed everything that broke with Svo's refiller and I can actually make concoctions without jumping through hoops now!

I am having a blast exploring Meropis with Kitiara, but don't ask me how we get there. And today I read part of the manuscript. Feels good to have my name as co-author on a work of research.
Read the Seleucarian Empire, the Black Wave and the Wars of Succession series some time, and you'll see Meropis in a new light. Meropis holds so much Achaean lore and the fact that it take a bit to reach from Sapience keeps the atmosphere in the game so much more mystical for me.

Recent conversations with each of you have provided a spark to get over the "now what?" feeling after reaching dragon. I'm having more fun than I have in a long time.
Always trips me up when I come across Achaean names/labels in other literature. Just finished the LoTR books and saw a good bit of this. Not dissing Achaea at all, and a lot of it is probably coincidental, but its still interesting.

To be fair... Trevize comes from a book. Not a very commonly read one though. Unfortunately.
Submitting last minute designs before an event always makes me anxious,
as do last minute modifications and work. Lots of expectations to meet,
but thankfully I'm not shouldering the burden of carrying out the
ceremony alone. Thanks @Entaro, @Mathonwy!

Well forums are slow today and I am bored, so feel free to enjoy another of my day late raves:
We totally tanked a room in Ashtan. God, I am so happy. I know that my inexperience with leading raids, leaves a lot to be desired at times, but I feel like, as time goes on, I am getting better. I know for damn sure my team is. The fact that I didn't have to spam out party everytime our tactic changed meant a lot. Since joining Targossas, I have been raiding with (plus or minus three) the same group of people just about every single night. Their devotion to me and the team in general cannot go unraved.
Every single night, I have people like @Morthif chomping at the bit, ready to go die in whatever city I chose this month. Seems like you, above everyone else, would probably follow me anywhere, anytime, for any reason. Never a no from you. You might question the wisdom of returning to a 20 on 2 fight, but you roll hard anyway.
I have my brother from another mother, @Kiba, ready to suicide rush 20 on 2 at a moments notice. We have been getting our asses handed to us together for a long time, pre-Targ even, and you keep showing up. Love ya, buddy. Our decade long friendship has meant a lot to me, ic and ooc, and I am glad to have had the pleasure of meeting you all those years ago.
@Jadys, the little engine that could. Girl just keeps on going no matter how frustrating not knowing every single quirk of group combat makes her. Vastly improved in the six months we have been rolling together. Austere is a very lucky dude to have a girl like you that would put up with all his crap and still try her best. Keep bringing that J game.
@Achilles, the reincarnation of me if I were a runie. I don't think I have ever asked you to do anything, you just react and I love every single moment of it. I feel like you and I have been on the same page since day one and I am very happy to roll with you. Your harsh criticism the few times I have received it was well taken and appreciated. Mistakes are excusable once at the top.
@Micaelis, you just recently started being around at the right time(my time), but you're presence has not went unnoticed. So happy to have a pro-raid serpent that doesn't care about the tiny things (like experience). Keep on keeping on, dude.
@Brogeta, I give you a lot of shit for being a scrub, but truth me told, you probably have more brass than I do. You're a true champ and I hate fighting you. You are underestimated a lot, but I am very happy you're on my side. You're one of the good ones. Hoping you don't go something stupid for multiclass.
@Tesha you're a champ too. You have been one of the few people to really sit me down and teach me something truly unique since I joined Targossas. You're combat knowledge is ridiculous and I appreciate the swings in my office(though I don't sit in them)
@Kasya very glad you ran with us last night. I think a lot of people are scared to ask, or expect a very public invite, but the people that really want group combat know where to look. I avoid mass inviting CT because Targossas does have a lot of citizens at any point in time. Most of my raids are suicide runs and we seldom have positive gains, so I don't want to ever make a habit of inviting the entire city to come die alongside us and people feeling obligated. If people want to: you know who to ask. The fact that you were proactive in coming with us after the horrible defeat the other night means a lot to me personally. I am down about 12% since Ashtani raids started, but I am still having a blast.
@Targossas you guys are the best. Some of you drive me crazy, but I am glad to be a part of what you got going. Here's to more successful(or unsuccessful) raids. It's the journey, not the destination.
@Ashtan thanks for playing along. I know you guys have a lot of stuff to do right now, but taking a break to repel us a few times had to have been worth it. @Jhui please don't destroy my city tonight. I dunno if I can be around or not. ..
@Austere, I promised you when I got dragon I'd be all up for raiding whenever, though I should have added the caveat that I just can't stay up late enough most nights. That's my one complaint. Our times don't line up well enough.
I think I've really grown to appreciate your suicide runs and trial by error. Looking forward to being part of more, good or bad. As long as you can handle my scrub self running on Nexus until I can get my butt in gear and set up Mudlet again.

Yeah, I really wish I had normal playing hours. Working 60 hours a week on top of trying to be a decent dad and everything else expected of me leaves a lot to be desired in the personal time area. Most days I run on four or five hours of sleep just so I can roll with everyone.
Mudlet is awesome. If you need some help, just ask. I am far from the best but there is a lot of support in Targossas, you just need to know where to look.

Yeah, I killed Achilles' falcon and got to repair a crapload of totems. Cheers.

Not going to lie, @Kyrra, when he first told me, I laughed my ass off. Of course I felt bad right after, until he told me it was collared.
Three cheers for @Austere, our fearless and awesome leader! :hurrah: :hurrah: :hurrah: You make raiding fun and are a lot better at leading than you give yourself credit for. The difference in the degree of morale, enthusiasm, and teamwork is very noticeable when you aren't there for raids or defense. Regardless of whether we destroy rooms or get our butts handed to us, we win because we have a leader we are all proud and eager to rally behind, for as often and as long as it takes.
Personally, I owe the majority of my combat progress to you. It's amazing how a little help can make one's view of combat go from dread to enjoyment. I am still nowhere near where I want to be, but I will get there.
You're a good guy, Super A. Just the fact that you took the time to share your appreciation for others is a testament to the kind of friend you are.
