Found a gif recorder, recording some combat to show friends who don't know about MUDs, and getting an awesome crit within seconds of starting to record.
<gif>
Having 'kill troll' in it probably doesn't help to show how unique combat is, though.
Yeah, I was thinking about that too. Honestly I probably should have gone into the arena and done some PvP combat to show off legit curing (aka Vadi...). Still, they thought the descriptions were pretty cool, so I accomplished my task of getting their interest piqued at least a little.

Shoutout to @Dragonknight for being patient with me and learning how to do some simple scripting, and for being a fun person to interact with in general, as well as @Saibel. In addition to @Verily, @Ruth, @Taraus, and @Lianca for quirky conversations and assistance with learning trade routes. Much gratitude.
A huge, huge, huge thank you to whoever randomly bought me credits!

Someone else who is already one of the people in the game sitting on the most credits!
Could always make lemonade with all those lemons, @Katzchen

I have plenty of arties/credits. :P Not as much as some, but enough that I'm happy with what I have. Just laughing at the irony of what is basically the equivalent of a millionaire winning $100 on a scratchie ticket.
I'd totally get a hood if I could afford one. No to be hidden, just so I could know where all the main enemies were during a raid defense. Is there a Veil Club clan? There should really be a clan.
A female tsol'aa stands in a room clearly identifiable as the Central Hall in the Great Oak in Eleusis, a serene sense of peace portrayed in most of the painting. The tall, slender woman is drawn from the side with her head slightly turned toward the front, clothed in a beautiful dress of white silk lined with snow blossoms about the neckline and hem, the material covering her form all the way down to the feet. Her long, auburn curls are pulled over her shoulder to show the delicate lines of her pale back and shoulder blades, fingers brushing through the wavy tresses to ensure the hair retains its luster. A crown of woven flowers covers her head, and a pendant representing the forest spirits hangs about a leather cord around her neck. Eyes of mossy green take in the unseen surroundings of the hall, the barest hint of a smile on her lips. Unbeknownst to her, a shadow looms at the back of the oak, vaguely man-shaped, with a misty arm leaving the edge of the wood and reaching toward the woman with a clawed hand.
Thank you so much to whoever did this and organised the quests, too! Mayaween in Eleusis is magical this year.
A little girl in a Zsarachnor costume exclaims, "Trick or treat!" A little girl in a Zsarachnor costume thrusts her hand out to you and begs shamelessly.
Draping to the ground and nearly tripping this little girl is a dark cloak of velvet lined with blood-red satin. A pale mask fits over her face, bearing the likeness of the vampire lord, complete with a set of fangs fitted over her small teeth. Carried in her right hand is a small trick-or-treat bag.
A little girl in a Zsarachnor costume exclaims, "If I don't get a treat, you get a trick, Aitox!" A little girl in a Zsarachnor costume pokes at you urgently.
You give a jelly spider to a little girl in a Zsarachnor costume. A little girl in a Zsarachnor costume beams broadly at you. A little girl in a Zsarachnor costume exclaims, "Happy Mayaween, Aitox!" Dressed in a Zsarachnor costume, a young girl stalks arrogantly out to the southwest.
And then...
A little girl in a Zsarachnor costume exclaims, "Trick or treat!" A little girl in a Zsarachnor costume thrusts her hand out to you and begs shamelessly.
A little girl in a Zsarachnor costume says, "No treat, hmm..." A little girl in a Zsarachnor costume rubs her hands together and grins evilly at you. Dressed in a Zsarachnor costume, a young girl stalks arrogantly out to the north.
You hear the patter of small feet run up behind you. As you turn to look, a small white projectile comes flying toward your face. You try to duck, but soon find yourself covered in rotten eggs! A series of high-pitched giggles fades away into the distance.
@Eilona so envious of those portraits. They all look so great!
As for me, my rave is that after 100 ic years, I am finally getting to understand my character and who she really is. I really love how everything suddenly start clicking all of a sudden. Also, a big for all the people I have been playing or have been having interactions with. Brief or long, if you played with me at all* recently, chances are you are included in the above!

And you won't understand the cause of your grief...
Found a huge flaw in my herb queuing and prompt trigger that caused a stack overflow every time I had herbs queued and got >5 prompts. Put two to three second lag on everything until the stack cleared. I AM SO HAPPY.
Echoing @Eilona, a huge rave for the Mayaween portraits! I put in a few special requests, not expecting them to be possible, and the portrait I got back went way beyond what I had hoped for. Spending the 50 credits to make it non-decay was the easiest decision I've made in a while.

Anonymously buying random credits for people sounds fun, I would totally do that on an irregular basis!
Once they delete veils.
