@Vender Things always tend to get a bit messy during world events like this. A lot of the times people involved will just let things go as "shit happens", and we all just try to avoid stuff like killing at the cave (Did a duel yesterday cause of this, I do not like being involved in killing someone at the cave without knowing that's where it is), and things like that. Even @Jhui and @Dunn have said multiple times to people here on the forums and in game, if it's getting to be too much, send them an ooc message and they'll ease back most of the time. Maybe not as much during this event, but Dunn and Jhui are good guys and I very highly doubt they wanna ruin the game for anyone. I've also known quite a few people on every side to be ok with receiving these messages and backing off be it events or raids. At the end of the day, we have to remember that behind each character is a person who's going to make mistakes and do stupid things. Sometimes we'll be on the receiving end and sometimes we'll be on the giving end. Then you have the occasional person who wants to issue everyone over every thing and has already done a ton of them this month.

It is exponentially better the more splinters you have. A two splinter submit is magnitudes better than a one splinter one, and 3 is magnitudes better than two.
