  • Had Rhite change drastically from a self-done poorly-done ritual. After a few interactions with @Hellen, @Aoghinius, and @Vayne, the situation is mostly fixed but Rhite now has a permanent smile on his face and occasionally goes into a sudden fit of laughter. Wooo! technically it is character development! :pleased:
  • Finally reached level 101 and then... tracked to the wrong person who happened to be in Ashtan, not once, but three times. And, yes, died three times to guards. Ironically, it's also the same number of times @Greys told me its just "track" and not "track to".  O.o Though in my defense, I did not hear him the first two times! And... I blame @Austere. He taught me everything I know!  ;)
  • @Jadys I lucked out that when I made that error it was to someone in Hashan who was off the guards. Still, you may want to IDEA to avoid that problem
  • I got in the black on mining.
    Much boogieing..boogeying..boogying...how the....dancing. Much dancing.

Did an unreasonable amount of house paperwork that was thankfully broken up by talks with my rad-as-fuck housemates.
Aurora says, "Are you drunk, Aodfionn?"
  • Had a talk about Good and Evil with a young Targossian. He was so prepared for it, gosh. Not fair. But I did pretty well, thanks to my read-lots episodes. I know my stuff

Started getting proficient in warhammer. Finally.

I was too weary and preoccupied with something to reply last month, so here it is a little late! I had a good laugh at myself over the tracking incident, and it is now officially the dumbest thing I have ever done in Achaea. I figured I'd share it and give someone else the opportunity to smile/laugh with me. I hate to see anyone down, so any chance to spread a smile, I'm taking it! I actually needed that laugh myself last month, so it came at a good time. And Austere got to be the innocent bystander (needs not be present) who gets blamed, as usual, cause a girl needs someone to blame, right? :p Sorry, @Austere!

Anyway, I am sure tracking has worked just fine as is for ...well forever... and then someone like me comes along and dies three times. heh. So I will probably just leave well enough alone, cause if it isn't broken, don't fix it! Right? =) It is good to know, however, I am not the only one who has done it! Though I may have the record for the most times in a row...   B)

Cool beans man. Always fun to sink a citadel.
I am retired and log into the forums maybe once every 2 months. It was a good 20 years, live your best lives, friends.

  • Finally made it to level 86.

I feel I should be a higher level by now but I just don't have as much time as I want to play at the moment...
one day I will get dragon, even if it takes me until next year...

You need to find someone to hunt with, someone who you can talk to about matters of faith... (really unsubtle hints there)

Tharos, the Announcer of Delos shouts, "It's near the end of the egghunt and I still haven't figured out how to pronounce Clean-dat-hoo."

He bought cheese from me. Seemed like a lively kid with a lot of initiative.

  • While I haven't really played Achaea in a while, I've been watching my son play Assassin's Creed IV: Black Flag... and watching him fight other ships and such, I suddenly think to myself... "Hmm When he starts playing Achaea, I'll have to see if @Kresslack would teach him to pirate." Then laughed and realized that it'll be quite a few years before he does and who knows if any current pirates will still be around - but still amused me.

That game was probably the most giddy I have been for a video game in a long time. I actually miss it since I got rid of my console.

Got level 95! Realized Ottis and Atalkez will probably beat me to Dragon. Drowned my sorrows in whiskey. (JFC, @Atalkez, you were level 91 a minute ago and now you're RIGHT BEHIND ME. Do you ever sleep? :D) Hung out with friends. Went shopping. Did not get any work done, but I smoked a lot of tabac.

After the latest announce and me trying to figure out costs, and Aerek pointing a finger until I dully realized...

    Scimitar of Yen-Sorte
      - A giant statue of the legendary Aldar weaponmaster's scimitar. Grants
approximately a 7% bonus to all types of damage dealt by citizens against
players, but not against denizens. A city may only have one of these.
      - Cost: 20k steel, 20k obsidian, 2k platinum, 20k bone.

Ninja-sneaking in my idea is ninja. :)
And I love too                                                                          Be still, my indelible friend
That love soon might end                                                         You are unbreaking
And be known in its aching                                                      Though quaking
Shown in this shaking                                                             Though crazy
Lately of my wasteland, baby                                                 That's just wasteland, baby
