Not necessarily. Punch damage scales with hp even on denizens, iirc, so probably not unreasonable to be able to kill him in 32 hits or less. 

Edit: Actually, if @Sena's formula for punch damage from a while back is (still) accurate (50+MaxHealth/20), and the crit multiplier applies to the scaling part as well (which I think has been confirmed in the past), a world-shattering critical punch will one-shot any (killable) denizen.

I'm pretty sure brawling attacks were changed to not scale a while back.

I had absolutely no idea that was a miss! Hahaha... Afterwards I just thought, "Wow... Cooper is a hard-ass, but I guess I deserved it..." The only thing I thought was a little odd was that it basically meant that @Crixos's giving me magnesium was sort of a waste of his time. Now it all makes much more sense. Honestly, I think summary execution is all part of the Mhaldor experience. I know that my city's leadership really cares because they go that extra mile to make sure I learn well. Stygian Crossroads.

A noxious, red-hued fog overwhelms the area with a thick, palpable vapour. Mhaldor's major 

thoroughfares converge here to form a public square of freshly laid cobblestones. A great obsidian 

monolith dominates the centre of the crossroads, upon which the seven truths of Evil are inscribed 

in a spidery script. Open roadways extend to the northwest and northeast, travelling deeper into the 

mountain city. Continuing higher up is Mhaldor Road, no end to its climb in sight. Far below lie the 

imposing gates to the city, and to the east and west walkways are outlined by irregular patterns in 

the ground. Some graffiti has been scrawled here. It reads, "Live without the constraints of Virtue 

and nothing will be denied you." A runic totem is planted solidly in the ground. A small mhun miner 

has been nailed upon a ridged, blood stained cross and left to perish. The cadaverous figure here 

atop the Idol of Corruption seethes with hatred. A large school of piranha swims here inside a deep, 

murky pool. A sewer grate looms darkly beneath your feet. There are 4 knights of the Maldaathi here. 

The leather-bound Apocrypha lies closed upon an obsidian pedestal. A ladder of long, soft leaves 

comprises a wispy Weaver's Fern along the ground. A look of disgust plastered across his face, 

Mhaldorus intently surveys his surroundings. A sigil in the shape of a small, rectangular monolith 

is on the ground. Picking nervously at its riding saddle, a large ant stands here quietly. A 

crystalline golem stands here. A shimmering orb lies here, illuminating the surrounding area with a 

slight glow. A Baalzadeen demon towers over you, filling you with dread. A tiny stylised sculpture 

of a humanoid sits pensively here. An elegant bloodstone bench is here. A black bone chest is here. 

Dread Emissary Ayoxele, Thrall of Kelandra is here, shrouded. He wields a cavalry shield in his left 

hand and a wicked-looking daegger in his right. Vindicator Melodie Le'Murzen, Abbadon's Whisper is 

here. She wields a bronze shield inlaid with sea glass in her left hand. Locki, Duelist of the Seven 

is here, shrouded. He wields a wicked-looking daegger in his left hand and a flail in his right. You 

may ENTER SUBDIVISION from here.

You see exits leading northeast, east (open door), west (open door), northwest, up, and down.

I don't even know who Dajio is, all I do know is that I ended up getting him killed. Was walking around Hashan with Clarity up and there he was. Just sittin' there. Southwest of the Crossroads. I dipped into a shop and was like, "Dajio is in the city..."

Hhaos chased him around and then mailed me the head as thanks.

I was in dragonform, with a truefavour, jera/algiz/berkana. So the damage reduction shields, hp regen, and 9339 hp. They still did combo attacks of about 2200 per cycle  (shewolf + fel werewolf)
