    I think he games the issue system and far too often wins when he should lose big time. It makes me wonder, really. Any other player would have been shrubbed for such a pattern of toxic behavior a long time ago. The sexist language in his frivolous issues/issue replies alone is abhorent. Sexism isn't anymore okay than making a homophobic reference in such OOC communications, but players are generally punished for that. He has gotten away with it multiple times.

    Dajio likely issues people who are bad at responding to issues (90%+ of Achaea). While I'm sure the Garden knows how toxic he is, if they don't get evidence of it the problem looks smaller than it is. Information in issue replies and issues against him is what makes a paper trail like that stick.
