    Given how Targ refuses to fight Eleusis for the vast majority of the time, it's understandable for you to not know.
    To be fair, Sarathai is referring to the Bloodsworn's insistence that the Eleusian savages are nothing more than misguided fools and should be left off the list of people for us to murderise unless they get in our way (may have paraphrased).

    However, noone else is wrong either. Whether it's showing up to raid when there's one combatant awake or bringing 2x anyone else's numbers to a skirmish, Eleusis is pretty much playing 'shitty player-base bingo'.

         He is a coward who has to bring two friends as backup to jump people hunting.

    Get armour made, get a legendary smith to make an embrasure for said armour, buy a rondel from Delos, and then you should be able to customise it through the customisation system. I believe the rondel is what sets the nondecay/resetting already for you.

    Rondels: EXPAND <armourID> EMBRASURE WITH <rondelID>
  - A gilded rondel:                   350 credits
    Armour becomes: 2 embrasures, non-decay, resetting, and customisable.
  - A sun and starburst rondel:        850 credits
    Armour becomes: 3 embrasures, non-decay, resetting, and customisable.

    Finally got around to buying a ship, and rumour has it half the seafaring things are broken. If you SHIP DETACH FIGUREHEAD apparently it will drain the power, for instance. Can anyone give me a rundown on known seafaring bugs, so I don't re-BUG the same things?

    Your figurehead losing all power when you detach is how it has always worked. Thats not a bug, its just so that people don't hoard powered figureheads.

    The only prominent bug I've heard of recently is where figureheads are being treated as if they're not actually present at the figurehead.

    This is the only bug I'm aware of currently. My bug report was recently merged as a duplicate, but no note on if it's been fixed or not yet, so if anyone hears anything let us know.

    The ship maintenance skills are bugged, but not for everyone.  @Kazuya can use his skills on my ship and it works just fine, but if I or @boosteya use one, it does nothing.

    My guess is that, because Sail/HullMaintenance used to be Deckhand abilities, the bug is they fail to actually do something until you've invested in Deckhand.

    As far as I know, you don't have to complete them in January, you just have to take them. There are only a few that conflict (such as not being able to take the 10, 50 and 100 kills ones at the same time), so you should be able to take almost all of the ones you want to achieve to complete throughout the year.
