You get one language from being that race, but you'd still need to learn it if you wanted to speak it after changing race, in dragonform, etc.
you stay fluent in your lesserform's racial language if you're in dragonform. Was a relatively recent change
Aurora says, "Tharvis, why are you always breaking things?!" Artemis says, "You are so high maintenance, Tharvis, gosh." Tecton says, "It's still your fault, Tharvis."
I swear you used to get your first 26 lessons spent at the tutor free. Of course, it's been like a decade so hell if I know for sure! I quit previously after spending 27k per lesson.
Has anyone ever learned all the racial langugages?
As Cynlael pointed out, too expensive. There is a necklace that has been auctioned off at least twice that I know of where the owner is given fluency in all languages, I assume it's only racial... not dragon, Vertani, or Tsol'dasi.
So I embraced my class and got a new skill. I happily headed off to get my first lessons, and got something like this:
"You learn the first part" "You learn the second part" "You learn the third part" ... "You learn the ninth part"
I was rather disappointed. Not a big deal really, but I looked forward to the explanations. Can I submit echoes, or just wait for staff to get around to it?

What attunements (and I guess bindings?) should I keep up while bashing.
Aelkesh seems obvious, for the swiftcurse and willpower cost reduction, but have people settled on which second attuenement is more useful? Given that the resistance ones don't make clear how much resistance they grant, I haven't been able to figure out if they're better or worse than +1 con. And perhaps there's another option I'm not thinking about - I tried Arayan, but the passive seemed not to work against denizens.

Just noticed this on RELIC STATUS. Wasn't there a news post in Announce a little while back that said relics wouldn't drop in the newbie zones any more? This isn't the only time since then that I've seen a relic land in a newbie zone, either.

Has happened multiple times with various relics. Whenever I've bugged it they said they fixed it, but clearly it's still a bug. I've pretty much given up on reporting it.

Brior says, "Hello. someone just asked me to get him a gem, a relic he says. He would kill me but give me 1000 gold. Is that ok?"
Needs fixing, pronto
Tharos, the Announcer of Delos shouts, "It's near the end of the egghunt and I still haven't figured out how to pronounce Clean-dat-hoo."

Can not agree more. I asked a novice to go in and get the gem, then immediately yield it (which they did - it landed in Northreach). But I'd really, really like to see
it fixed for real.

Noticed over the last few days my moss tattoo seems to not really be clotting automatically, only lose about 10 bleeding per bleed tick (that is, my bleeding only decreases by that much). However when I actively touch the tattoo the bleeding with drop by much more 211 to 152 to 91, each of those requiring a touch of the tattoo. Is that normal?

Are you just going by the bleeding ticks (the "You bleed x health." messages), or actually checking your bleeding?
It looks like moss is firing every 10 seconds now, where it used to be every 4 seconds. The bleeding ticks (where you take damage), natural clotting ticks (where you lose 10-ish bleeding), and moss ticks have never matched up, but now that moss is slower than bleeding you could bleed a few times without seeing any reduction from moss. That could be what you're seeing, and it being reduced when you touch moss is just a coincidence.
Since there weren't any announced changes to moss or bleeding though, there's a good chance it's still a bug.

I died shortly thereafter (not to bleeding!) and have been unable to recreate it, making me think I had some sort of display/usage bug. I'll take another look at it when I'm back in and check it against those time points before I bug it.
@Brean Do you journal for extended periods of time instead of logging out normally? I've had issues over the past few years with boar/moss/moon tattoos all deactivating in that situation.
My moss tattoo has felt wonky lately too (moon has seemed strange too, though it might just be my imagination). And I can't think of the last time I journaled.
Given that they just changed tattoos to act as defenses, it seems reasonably likely that there might be a bug or two. Also, mine flat-out didn't work after the changes until I bugged them and was told to retouch them, so clearly some things have changed behind the scenes.

Ah well that might have explained it, I can't recreate the problem but they work fine since I've died, maybe that reset them. And no journalling except for the act of just writing something down, so probably just needed reset. Thanks guys!
I bugged this, but the Bopalopia quest is not working correctly. I gave her all three of the items, and she keeps asking for them over again. I'm unsure what I'm doing wrong?
Edit: Even if I did want to get the items over again, they're not respawning. I've been here two hours already.
Tried it again with the three items. She ended up asking for the bellows, something I already handed to her. This is the second time in three straight hours I've tried completing this quest. -.- "It'll be fun they say... try it" Such a damn happy place is making me want to bash my head into a wall.
Edit: Hell yes, third times a charm. Just had to answer 11 more math problems.
