Sounds like you AIM and get the benefit for a certain amount of time, rather than having to AIM between every shot. Haven't actually logged in to test it yet but that's how it sounded based on the announce.
I cannot for the life of me figure out how the hell AIM works now. I've tried AIM, AIM <target>, AIM <target> <dir>, both in and out of the target's room, and nothing happens.

From my testing, AIM seems to be functionally exactly the same as it was before. It just doesn't break if you accidentally squint or something between the aim and the shoot, I believe.
Aim seemed like it still needs the direction input as well. Only shooting/sniping can be done without specifying a direction. So it's only really practical to leave out the direction if you can't aim. Because if you can aim, you still need to provide a direction.
That's what I found out a few days ago, at least. I don't know that anything has changed since then.
So, I totally accidentally hid a section (the combat one) on these forums. I looked around but I cannot seem to find how to unhide it.

My jailing was brought forth (understandably) by a righteous effort to make this game and community better by ridding it of filth, so the forums naturally are going to suffer for a short while.
You can post whilst in forum jail? Does it just stop you from creating new threads, then?
Until he's released, @Jhui is basically the equivalent of the guy in jail playing harmonica and crooning about that woman what done him wrong. If he does another soulful rendition of "Ol' Man River", he might actually get banned.
How do you use the enchantment scrolls? Particularly for waterwalking and stasis.
Is there a list somewhere of what weapon holders/sheathes/scabbards/backstraps/etc. work with what weapons? I've worked out that I can use belt loops for axes but not sure if I can use any other containers.

I've encountered similar with this before. I had attacked my golem once as a test, and then went to target and attack a spectre and it seemed to default to the last thing I attacked instead (my golem).
The way I hunt is generally to attack my 'target' variable, and then use serverside targeting from then on. But for whatever reason, when I attacked the spectre it didn't automatically change the serverside target. I dunno why, but my golem hated me for it.
It was initially only with the golem, and then it started doing it regardless of target. Specifically, during spars with Avianca (couldn't untarget golem) and then Invictus (Couldn't untarget Avianca) it's like it takes a moment to register the target change.
Does not show hidden people leaving. Only works on evade. I bugged this and was told it is intentional but may be expanded to include hidden later if they deem it needed (I don't think it will be)

Being hidden doesn't hide movement at all. Being cloaked/shrouded does, but you can already see cloaked/shrouded movement with hypersight or alertness. Evade was the only thing that couldn't be seen through with general skills (there have been ways for certain class abilities to detect evade, like engage).

My reason for bugging is that the wording of the sigil's description sounded to me like it was meant to show all hidden movement with evade as the primary but not only example. Had just assumed it'd work through shroud (I meant shrouded not hidden above)
Being hidden does hide movement. I didn't think it did at first but I've tested it constantly to be sure and it does. In fact, in the tests with Kenway earlier, I was hidden and left the room with evade. It showed. When I went back and just walked out, they did not see me leave. No ghost. No cloak. Just HIDE.
If being hidden hides movement, it's a recent (within the last couple months) change. I have logs as recent as December (probably some more recent, but that's the latest one I can find where the log shows that the serpent is definitely hidden) of being able to see a hidden serpent's movement, and it's been visible for as long as I've been playing.
Woodlore HIDE does hide movement, which I bugged a while ago (at least before November, as far as my messages go back). The bug was removed as it was deemed to not be a bug. I can't say whether or not Tsol'aa/Serpent versions are the same as I haven't tested them and usually have lifevision up.
Definitely don't remember it being that way before, hence the bug report.

Click "all categories" and it will show the ones you've hidden, so you can unhide them.
