Alchemists have a class ability to summon robes. Would these conflict with the Robes of the (Grand) Magi? Do Alchemists tend to have a problem with mana/willpower anyway?

Dunno if they conflict with the artie robes or not(I don't think they do, pretty sure I've worn normal clothing robes with the alch robes), but alchs do use a lot of will and mana, especially if you get stuck marathon transmuting
If the willpower reduction applies to educing gold, that would be a very nice bonus for your allies. Outside of that though, willpower isn't usually a problem for alchemists (outside of things like clotting and shrine stuff, which applies to every class).
Just trans philosophy is almost enough to cover the drain from synthesising metals or transmutating minerals, even at level 60 with 12 int you'd have enough willpower to synthesise (which is a bit more draining than transmutating since it's slightly faster) for 6 hours straight. Bashing doesn't use much willpower either. The only huge class-specific drain you're likely to have is repeatedly failing ether disrupt (because if you succeed you can't use it again for 40 minutes), which costs 1000 willpower per attempt.
Anyone have any clue when Knight changes are going to hit? Honestly i've become so bored with Achaea lately I bearly even log in anymore just waiting for it.
Also on that Note are Knights going to be viable with two handers? (Bastard sword/Spear/Halberd mainly)

It will be at least after the house renaissance is finished, and that still has 4 cities to go.

@Rhydella As far as I know, they're in character - your character is the one submitting the work. Artisanal and Bardic rank also shows up in HONOURS, which suggests they're in character. You shouldn't run into any issues mentioning it on your city channel.
If there's a theme for the quarter it's in the Announce post at the beginning of the quarter; I don't know if there's any other way except searching the Announce news to find out what that is if you missed that announcement, though.
They used to be monthly rather than quarterly, so the website probably just hasn't been changed - possibly so all of the old monthly entries are still accessible.
Blessings from Yudhi also let harvesters and gatherers harvest and gather.
"Gilgamesh, where are you hurrying to? You will never find that [everlasting] life for which you are looking. When the gods created man they allotted to him death, but life they retained in their own keeping. As for you, Gilgamesh, fill your belly with good things; day and night, night and day, dance and be merry, feast and rejoice. Let your clothes be fresh, bathe yourself in water, cherish the little child that holds your hand, and make your wife happy in your embrace; for this too is the lot of man."
Ok, no one I've asked ig seems to have an answer for this, so what the actual hell do the blessings from Maklak/Yudhi even do, I can't figure it out
The Maklak one gives damage reduction vs fire. Guessing the Yudhi one is vs cold.
You say with a breezy, forestal accent, "One more question then, if I may?"
Maklak, the ice wizard says, "Only one."
Maklak, the ice wizard snarls viciously.
You say with a breezy, forestal accent, "Many are curious what your blessing does and you haven't quite clarified. May I ask what it is?"

Bop uses strength, throttle uses intelligence, constitution and dexterity are the same as for every class (health and dodging respectively).
Since throttle isn't a big deal, basically you'll want strength and constitution for bashing (probably mostly con, unless you have defensive arties making you tanky enough already), and constitution or dexterity for PvP (jesters can be annoyingly good at dodging, but not everything can be dodged. Some attacks scale heavily with max health so more health isn't universally useful either, but it's much more widely beneficial than dexterity).
What stat does Jester focus on? Constitution? Dexterity?
Dexterity affects your chance to dodge certain physical attacks in PVP only, like knights' weapon attacks and monks' Tekura. Chance to dodge is based on a value which is increased by your dex stat, Avoidance skill rank, and various other modifiers. You cannot dodge if you are prone.
I couldn't find the precise post on the old forums where it's detailed by a former producer - it may not exist any more, having been lost in the forum purge - but several years ago, these modifiers were true. From a second-hand quote of Clementius:
Let's denote each +1/-1 as the equivalent of 1 point of dexterity higher or lower.
Drunkensailor: +4
EVB: +3
Acrobatics: +3 / +6 (mounted / unmounted )
Avoidance: +1 / skill rank
Weaving: +3 / +6 (as above)
Speed Elixir: +4
Riding, if mounted: +1 - +4 based on skill rank, and<br> +0 to +10 based on the mount's level (very rarely above +4, if ever)
Jesters can make better use of dexterity in this way than other classes, as they gain the Acrobatics and Balancing abilities to compensate for their lack of other defenses. But I would not invest in dexterity unless you plan to get heavily into PVP. For bashing, you have no chance to dodge NPC attacks so dodging is useless. AFAIK jesters have no abilities modified by dexterity; serpents are the only class with specifically dex-modified abilities. So for PVE, your primary stats would be constitution for more health and better sips, and strength for stronger bops, plus the fast balance trait for faster bops.
I know they are fairly restricted already, but are there/ will there ever be cases where alignment classes are suddenly restricted in which city they can reside in without warning?
For example, where apostates are told they MUST be in Mhaldor, or priests have to be in Targossas?
Comments
May want to BUG that, I think.

What do inquisitive bear cubs eat? Doesn't seem to be fish or meat. Halp!
You give a fillet of fish to a polar bear cub.
Blood smeared over his previously snowy white snout, a polar bear cub savagely ravages a fillet of fish with undisguised glee.
You give a tender cut of meat to a Baarian tiger cub.
A Baarian tiger cub quickly takes a tender cut of meat between her paws, tearing into the flesh.
You give a tender cut of meat to an inquisitive bear cub.
An inquisitive bear cub looks at you curiously. Apparently he doesn't truly appreciate the great gift you are bestowing upon him.

Probably, along with sword+shield, but there's not much information. It's possible that different knight classes will focus on different weapons.
Do we really need house renaissance more than we do weaponry changes
Oh well back to darksouls.
Many questions about the artisanals/bardics:
Are they in character? (As in, can I talk about them on a city channel, for example?)
Is there a current theme? When there is a theme, how do you know?
And wait under the Achaea website, in Artisanals/Bardics, it's displayed by month but isn't it once every three months?
Thanks for any help.

Results of disembowel testing | Knight limb counter | GMCP AB files
What weapons can be used with Double Slash? Only one-handed swords and axes?
Shortsword, longsword, scimitar, broadsword, rapier and battleaxe.

Actually Bastard swords can also be used with doubleslash, but you'll only slash once.
Is there npcs in game besides from houses that will let you learn to trans?
Just BM/Alchemist tutors AFAIK.
Used to be Onorol could, in the little temple out near Shastaan. But that was years ago, last time I played. Maybe that's changed?
No, teaching limits were the same as Tyrandiel back then.
Not all of the emoticons work on tells. Anyone have a list of the ones that do work?
