  • anyone who doesn't mind playing with a level 8, I would really like to find some dedicated players to queue with

this game has a lot of rage-quitters/trolls/people who ping 80,000X for no reason at all/kassadins who all-chat "Report Soraka for no kills & feeding" even though he's 2/8/0 with most deaths on team

I just want an adc who knows what he's supposed to do with a support in lane, that's all

I'll even ward for you and give you all the last hits

    please

@Keres, I started a smurf account to play with a friend who just started. My main account is UNST3RBLICH, and my smurf account is ST3RB3N.

So played Ryze and....did horribly. I've no idea how the hell we one this, if nothing more than the other team getting so confident that they lost a lot of their discipline. They started rolling us early game, and at the 20 sec mark two of our team kept pushing for surrender. Once we caught up in level, my friend ( Crunkberri) and I started darting around the map just running into turrets and taking them down, to keep them off balance. Apparently that worked....still no idea how.

It gets better after level 10.... and then again after level 20. Pre-level 10 in soloqq, you've got raging newbies, raging smurfs who created the smurf because they can't win at level 30/ranked. After level 10, you -usually- get out of the smurfs, because they win so hard their MMR shoots them up to higher skilled "newbies(as it were)" and then they'll probably make a smurf before too long because they can't win those games.

I remember my pre-10, even pre-15 games as being skechy at times. One game, three people on my team decided we couldn't win because our team was down five kills... or eight. Or some low number. So they afk'd at fountain and said they'd be back at 20 to surrender. @Erasariel and I were duoing, and we just kept playing and doing our best to hold them off... because we came to play.

2v5, it -still- took them to the 20 minute mark to reach our nexus, because we were doing a pretty good job delaying the sieges... and we were even making kills. We voted no on the surrender just to spite the quitters, even though the game ended like 30 seconds later.

I haven't really seen a game that's filled with ragers or quitters or trolls in.... a while(mind you, I also haven't played SR in a month and a half). Granted, I haven't tried ranked yet, but yeah. The play(in general) gets better and you don't have to deal with such negativity -as much- as you get higher. Tough it out, you'll get into the good games before long.

  • Me and my brothers played a normal game. Went solo top bunny girl Riven(bunny girls give a +5 enhancment bonus to combat rolls), second brother went jungle Trynda, third brother went Katarina. Latter got worried a bit because enemy team's jungler was Nautilus.

Sadly, their solo top Wukong was turrible, scoring 2/10/4 while their Nautilus got set back big time when he chose to sologank me just when I hit Blade of the Exile.

Also, flash-Ki Bursting in the middle of a very weakened team = good feels all around.

I'm playing with my brother and two guys call adc and both autolock... so my brother (trist) and I, pick an adc too (clearly expecting someone to dodge), the 5th guy also picks and adc... so the game starts, ziggs dies twice to trist in the middle and says that an adc in middle is BS and ragequits,
and to make the long story short, they surrender almost at m20 heh. Troll games can win!

  • Yeah, well you still falsely reported me once.

Didn't communicate with the team my foot. I picked ADC first and even said I wasn't going to support. One game I say "not gonna support" and you report me for not communicating. ¬_¬

Another unlikely win situation while playing with a couple of friends, Crunkberri and Temozarella. We did so horribly but still won through stratigizing:

  • Just finished an ARAM. All was going well until Graves quit. Because we didn't have a tank. We had -sooooooooo- much AoE, though. Graves, Fiddlesticks, Ziggs, Annie(dat CC burst!) and me... as Ezreal.

Was quite a first-time Ezreal for me... I got a quadra kill.

    Twice.

I've never gotten a quadra kill before, either.

  • Dabbled in a couple of Platinum vs Silver games. The sheer realization of how much I need to improve and all the feedback I got throughout the game has already helped me grow as a player.

So many things I need to learn and remember!

Ranked game as Nasus top against Zac. Lost lane, won game! Nasus' incredibly quick Baron and Dragon clear won us the game hard, even if the enemy team was at an advantage. We even made their Lux ragequit!

@Antidas just start adding people from this thread and then be an annoying turd about them having to play with you because Achaea. And then they'll play with you. At least that is how it worked for me.

Can add my accounts I posted earlier: UNST3RBLICH(Main) and ST3RB3N(Smurf). Also helps if you have Ventrillo or Skype.

@Kresslack, I'm not sure how sad I should be that I don't have you on skype.

  • More fun with ARAMs...

I just threw caution to the wind and engaged every fight. Hence all my deaths. Screw waiting for an Amumu bandage toss, I just charged in with defile running and got kills.

    Was a fun game ^_^

  • Game was toe-to-toe, and then when I did a 30s afk while I was dead. I come back to see the enemy team barreling through midlane, my team doing dragon, and us losing the game. So frustrating, but so close a game.

    Typical silver plays.

I don't play with that person anymore.
