i would not take human inability to observe colour as a 'lack' of colour, rather that we just can't see it.  So I would say the photons emitted by electron level changes.

Well, some of the useful skills in telepathy don't even require a lock so if the serpent is with you in room I don't even see why would you try to mindlock, if they leave they have to restart while you still have your prep so I don't really see the problem.

I understand this, which is why I asked the question.  I don't understand the point of his post, so I was wondering if something weird was going on in it, like damage carryover from starburst.  Stranger things (and identical things) have happened.

Which is good, because it's an unnecessary and disruptive (and buggy) way to punish someone. Especially since whatever he was muted for was apparently deleted anyways (or at least I didn't see any obvious cause from looking through his posts from the last few days), and not having to delete posts is the only reason given for using the punishment.
