So, I had a family emergency and forgot to actually log out of Achaea when I had to quickly leave. This left me deep within a digsite, unattended! I came back and saw what looked like a 20 minute (set your timeout times lower than that, guys!) backlog of @Sothantos trying everything imaginable to rob me, including leaving and coming back a few times. From what I've noticed, he got a few letters and a couple cart boxes. My inventory and pack list is way too long for me to remember everything, but nothing worth much was taken. Apparently, my antitheft was decent enough to block most tricks.
Thanks, Sothantos, for being an awesome thief who can find humor in failure. As far as theft goes, it has been sorta enjoyable because I got a kick out of reading the log.
Give us -real- shop logs! Not another misinterpretation of features we ask for, turned into something that either doesn't help at all, or doesn't remotely resemble what we wanted to begin with.
Thanks!

Vhaynna: "Honest question - if you don't like Achaea or the current admin, why do you even bother playing?"

You.. can steal carts? Those.. actually have a legitimate credit value, and are won through promos. Gross.
I think? He can correct me if I'm wrong. I could have sworn I had 5 of them though...

lol some thieves are actually super chill. I had a super memorable moment when Elyon stole from me ages ago and now we are friends because of it? Its a bit of a long story but, yeah, people who can play as thieves and still be super cool about it are fun.
Aegis, God of War says, "You are formally released of your oaths, Astarod Blackstone."
Whew, thought this would -never- happen. I'm happy that my character no longer drips puss from his hands everywhere .
The Divine voice of Twilight echoes in your head, "See that it is. I espy a tithe of potential in your mortal soul, Astarod Blackstone. Let us hope that it flourishes and does not falter as so many do."
Aegis, God of War says, "You are dismissed from My demense, Astarod. Go forth and fight well. Bleed fiercely, and climb the purpose you have sought to chase for."
Thank you to @Grouulthuun, @Zbaco, and a bunch others I'm forgetting for constantly putting up with my demands for hunting runes during my push up to dragonhood, and to @Kione for sticking by my side when I was feeling down a couple times. You're all awesome! Yay dragon!
Where do I begin with this list? Tofi came out of the dungeons going full speed towards everything she wants in life, but there's no way she would be what she is without the myriad people propping her up when she can't manage things. So in no particular order, I'm just going to throw out a bunch of names that come to mind.
@Caedan, @Aiya, @Menolly: Fairwinds, ho! This little ragtag band of misfits, outcasts, and runaways has been an absolute blast to form and start a sort of family as. Plenty of seas left to mark our name in!
@Leofrik: You let Tofi get hands-on with captaincy far before I or she ever expected to see it. The trust you've placed in her with the Rose has been immense, and it's never forgotten! Also for your incredible generosity in one particular instance. I ended up sniffling in my chair, even if Tofi held it together!
@Laedha: Thank you from the bottom of my heart for pushing Tofi through the curricula in the MBS and beyond. The same remarks about trust in her apply in your case, and do know that she doesn't let it slip her mind.
@Glathna: Aran'kesh? Aran'kesh? Aran'kesh? Aran'kesh? It may seem like a small thing, perhaps, but those constant invites and joins on the forays have been beyond helpful in gathering the bound credits Tofi so desperately needs. Thank you!
@Aristus: Tofi learned to handle weaponry at sea while seamonster hunting with you at the helm. I know she's been a bit frustrating at times, but you have my sincere gratitude for teaching her how to handle things and giving her invaluable experience for getting into it by herself. She couldn't have done it without you!
@Kione: Achaea's #1 cheerleader of newbies! Even if a lot of what you do rarely intersects with Tofi, every interaction between the two has been heartwarmingly positive, and Tofi always ends up feeling a bit more encouraged. You do amazing work, and I know I'm not the only one who appreciates it!
@Meriet: Meri, Meri, Meri... I don't even know here to begin. Tofi and Meriet are the absolute sweetest pair I could've ever hoped for. Their dynamic is utterly heartwarming in how perfect of foils they are to each other, each one playing to the other in astounding harmony, while each of them is headstrong enough that it never gets repetitive. I'm incredibly excited to see where they go, going forward... starting with the half-complete wedding plans! Bless you for keeping up with the absolute whirlwind that is Tofi. I know it must not be easy to.
There's of course so many others who've helped in incidental happenings and passing moments, but I'm exhausted from all of the hunting. Cyrene in general has been a wonderful experience in spite of the troubles of recent years. Thank you all who've helped Tofi in any way! She'd never remotely be what she is today without it!
A rave for not needing to embark on adventures anymore! All too often I forgot to embark before killing one of the denizens or joining fights, or even forays once or twice. No more!

Hell yes! Just need to be mindful for adventures that fit the theme and make sure to do the right one first for whatever theme it is
I am a rogue ic, which makes finding help much more involved than it would be otherwise. First I got frozen and had to manually walk my way to the nearest city, and got to interact a bit there as my body tried to shiver itself apart, then I needed a tutor and got to interact with people from like four different cities before finding someone to learn from. I am loving this so far, the opportunities for interactions are much more interesting than if I just started in a city, and I am enjoying have my char learn about different places as he tries to figure out where to make his home.
I'd just like to give a quick shout out and rave for @Lycon and @Anytus for some help with clarifying a couple issues around the sawbone trait, and for not leaving me up the river without a 100-credit paddle. You guys are awesome and deserve a coffee, donut, beer, or something else for your trouble.
Kudos to both Targossas and Mhaldor for next to no shit talk with the war. Tesha and I even had a little moment in shouts after a raid. Also generally Kudos to everyone in Mhaldor for making this game worth logging into nowadays.

You've been awesome, for a long, long time, and playing in the House you built from the ground up years ago has really been a complete and utter joy. I can safely say that Reyson wouldn't be the character he is, without it, and I'm sure many of us who have played there feel the same. I know how difficult it can be to put your effort and time into something, and then have the courage to hand it off, so I can honestly say, even though I know you haven't really run the Insidium for a while, I admire the hell out of you for being able to be so brave with your baby and just let others move its story forward, even if it's not necessarily the story you envisioned for it when you worked on it to start with.
I know a lot of other people pitched in along the way, and to everyone who's helped shape the House, we appreciate you!
But to those who specifically have trusted me to try and bring it forward into a new way for people to enjoy it, really, from the bottom of my heart, thank you, for your trust.
While I haven't been able to contribute as much as I would have liked to the ongoing IG war, due to being in the summer semester from hell, I'm super proud of Mhaldor. I feel like all the Ministers under Ash as Warden have really stepped up (@Reevah@Entaro@Rakdos@Jomi you guys are amazing - @Doromath you are too stepping up how you have even though your Ministry doesn't play a huge part right now).
I don't feel like there's been a ton of vitriol and infighting. In fact, ironically enough, some shaky bridges were built back up instead of torn down.
@Crixos you're a ton of fun to follow and I love when you lead fights. @Stheno you've seriously taken on a whale as a brand new Tyrannus. Way to jump in the deep end like a pro, and for always being a mentor of sorts for Ash.
Quick little rave to all the Mhaldorians who have been guiding/extremely patient with me through this whole Mud learning curve. This is the first character I've played since like 2016 and so far the experience has been absolutely lovely. I think this time I've actually been able to start dipping my toes into the rp side of things instead of just mindlessly hitting things for hours on end which has been a real blessing. Anyways, I'm not really sure what to say for specifics as I could go on for days, but overall the city has been great, as well as the community, and I look forward to learning more.
Can we take a minute to collectively rave Cyrene for having the balls to raid Hashan? Seeing that brought a tear to my eyes. Shame on you, Hashan, for guarding these stalwart tykes!
