NYE and I was too sick to go out. Decided to log into Achaea for a bit instead and get some things done. Whenever it seems like there's nobody around, there's always those little moments where I get some form of greeting or acknowledgement, even if only in passing and it just perks me up so much.
It's always the small things that matter the most.

Have to have a rave @Atalkez and @Farrah for defiling and fighting against at least eight of us Eleusians. We're getting better yeah but gahdayam you two were amazing, big kudos. Thanks and Happy New Year!
I know it's a bit random, but totally giving out raves to the guys
behind the scenes of Achaea, @Makarios , @Nicola , @Ictinus , @Sarapis
for making the actual mechanics of the game an ever changing delight! I
mean, elemental lords... seriously? Not to mention other kickin' places
such as Bopalopia where Hildabroom taunts you even after dying, Grukai
where glubbers loot your corpses.. (Hope you didn't want that
journal...), etc.
Also those who are the Divine, @Sartan, @Aegis, @Deucalion, @Twilight amongst others.
It is one thing for people to chat with each other and interact.. most
of us do this outside the game. It is another thing entirely for a person to be continuously reminded in sometimes a very... interestingly painful fashion about their city-state's rp style, or how somethings extend beyond standard bounds, or how the Darkness can be listening... It takes a heck of a lot of work that isn't always huzzahed. However, it does not go unnoticed.
And lastly, for the players themselves who turn what could otherwise be a mindless way to pass time into something that is so beyond awesome, it needs a new word. @Aegoth , @Ysela , @Proficy , @Minifie , @Melodie , @Seortiae , @Mariya , @Taryius , @Cooper , @Kiet ... I could keep on going, but suffice to say, there is a lot that makes up a city-state and a game. These guys have constantly gone way over the top, making even Evil a good thing to be part of. What's even better, meeting Ugrach is less of an "Oh, crud" and more of an, "That was interesting." Also, well... I won't spend TOO much time raving, but being able to explore strange new things, being held back so you don't flash and poof, and several other things.... Totally AWESOME!
Raves to whoever animated a denizen, apparently just for the fun of it, today. It was my first experience getting to have a conversation with a denizen, super cool.
I've been breaking the same thing over and over recently and @Rhivona fixed me so I'll stop breaking whatever I was breaking.
In other news, the realisation that I am in fact a Lady fixed a lot of the other problems I was experiencing which is all sorts of exciting now.

@Klendathu , who has to be the most patient person I've ever met, spent a long while teaching me how to sail a ship I've had for at least a month and have only had out of the harbour once. Then, he saved it from sinking while I ran around in a blind panic!
Give us -real- shop logs! Not another misinterpretation of features we ask for, turned into something that either doesn't help at all, or doesn't remotely resemble what we wanted to begin with.
Thanks!
Current position of some of the playerbase, instead of expressing a desire to fix problems:
Vhaynna: "Honest question - if you don't like Achaea or the current admin, why do you even bother playing?"

Can't let the bully boy pirate stop you enjoying an aspect of the game!
Tharos, the Announcer of Delos shouts, "It's near the end of the egghunt and I still haven't figured out how to pronounce Clean-dat-hoo."
I left Cyrene last month, a hard decision that took months to make, I was nervous and worried as I already established myself there and had a small circle of friends. I left because I always wanted to try out raiding and to see what other cities were like, due to Aziik not really wanting to follow a theocracy and my own lack of desire to play in Eleusis (just not a forest type, nothing against you guys!) I found my way to Hashan..
I am loving it. Every moment of it, I've made a couple of friends and a few have made the experience a blast! I die a lot in raid defense and look forward to dying a lot in raids, I've learned far more about combat than I thought I would and am actually enjoying the house requirements.
Thank you: @Mosr ; @Sholen ; @Asria ; @Kasa ; @Regi and everybody else that makes it such a fun place to be! I look forward to being a little less useless in our combat endeavors.
Raves for @Sholen , @Jonathin , @Regi , @Corina , @Sobriquet , and @Kasa for the hard work we put in to bring about this Edict. It was a long journey and several rewrites but we finally got it done.
I have to say I am very happy with the direction Hashan has been taking and the sheer commitment and time taken by its members (you know who you are). You kept on pushing for bigger and better and we have finally taken a step Hashani have dreamt of but never been able to accomplish for years now.
Well done to you all, let's keep this momentum going.

Joking about buying your way out of learning to fight in retardation doesn't really invalidate generosity. This is raves, not sour grapes grumbling group! Don't be such a downer.
