  • Led a raid on Mhaldor. Got a sanction, then, HOLY HELL where did all them come from? Was still fun.

Awesomeness from @Regi @eguzki @Averi, @Asani, @Gilt, @Ras, @Asria@Varele. And Gilt going lone ranger was funny as hell.
  • And @Kasa... you forgot him.
Commission List: Aesi, Kenway, Shimi, Kythra, Trey, Sholen .... 5/5 CLOSED
I will not draw them in the order that they are requested... rather in the order that I get inspiration/artist block.

I won't be mating for a while. These news posts made me blow my load all OVER my screen.

    :#

Another rave to @Anedhel, I guess @Atalkez too for fun (albeit extremely long) 2v2s, even with the mishaps that happened in between. Also for Anedhel remaining calm and cool, despite us obviously (I think) annoying him during raid, was kinda refreshing to talk to afterwards.

Yay for Hashan 'noobs' helping me and @Lala defend, even when the potential for us dying got pretty damn high. I forgot your guys' names, but I'll start remembering them soon.

Also, I missed Shaman :( - Shame it cannot last, for I only have a handful of Lucrescent Nuts left

  • Anedhel has been pretty great trying to get our non-comms involved.

Some of them still have a ways to go before they're even comfortable with the XP loss that comes with it, and are very much inclined to switch back to what they know best instead of sticking to a pre-agreed plan, but they're definitely coming along nicely.

He is a coward who has to bring two friends as backup to jump people hunting.

  • 2016/06/09 03:16:46 - Aegoth, Cooper, Exxia, Helewys, Kiet, Leviticus, Proficy, and Saibel have
destroyed The ruins of Upon an arched bridge.

Also a rave to the specific members of Eleusis who cried OOCly about us raiding 3v1 and how we are being hypocritical via the forums, despite them having 29 people on visible QW ELEUSIS.

Also rave to the members of Eleusis who are crying about affliction tracking - I mind sapienced several members of Eleusis using (and spamming) 'oattack' in game aliases (that's AK aff tracking, for those who don't know). Good job!

Go with your bullshit sarcastic raves to the rants section. No one's a saint here.

And you won't understand the cause of your grief...

...But you'll always follow the voices beneath.

  • I am! St. Aegoth, they call me, bringer of despair :D
  • Need that LOL button back for Rangor's post. Have an "awesome" instead, I guess.
  • Been too long since I dueled a magi, totally forgot all my priority switch aliases. Figured 'em out for round three vs. @Aegoth, though, so that was good.
  • Good fights, you're a tough opponent. Though, what really saved you at the end was that fucking icewall whose existence did not register into my reality :(

Surprised I lived through the 2h massacre for that long, to be honest. What a rough class
  • @Anedhel @kazam @illaren @Magenta

I had a good time. I know @ryzeth did too, I hope @rakkaro and @rohalla did. Even though I got into trouble for it afterwards for "making deals with the enemy", it was nice to do an even raid/defense without worry of either side getting dog-piled.
  • @Rangor : Just ask @Cooper for a duel and watch the lulz commence.

  • @Cooper is the shit, he has ALL of your best interests in heart. If it weren't for Cooper I'd just be cleaving the hell out of every raider/defilier that I saw on logs
Cooper put an end to that. he made me realize that it wasn't you guys, it was me. I had a deep seeded cruelty I had been mindlessly taking out on the heathen populace! His guidance really helped! Thanks Cooper!

AND NOW YOU TOO CAN JOIN IN THE FUN WITH COOPER!
    <City> Quit Agree
    Walk to Mhaldor
TELL COOPER Greetings Scourge, how does a lowly heathen like me gain the shackles of Slavery?!

    You'll be glad you did!

So you had 7 good raiders and Kiet vs all Eleusis noncoms? I'm not sure what the point of this is?

I'm pretty impressed by the sportsmanship and lack of OOC hostility in the Targossas-Hashan fighting (from what I've observed). It really makes the combat scene more enjoyable, and a lot of IC conflicts don't play out like that. I hope it continues!

Have to also rave for @Rohai and @Tesha for all they do in Targossas as leaders of city and house. It's been great!
I am pretty envious. I am tired of the Eleusis-Mhaldor shit.

  • Targossas is hiring </frp>

Penwize has cowardly forfeited the challenge to mortal combat issued by Atalkez.
  • @Lala you didn't get 'in trouble for making deals with the enemy', for one you're not 'in trouble' because you're not 3, and for two, we're fine with 'deals with the enemy' just not while they're raiding! Like I said, this sort of agreement is great, but skirmish outside the walls, please.

  • I can't speak for Valkyn, but I know that my own input on this ordeal has been misconstrued by people.

If people want to know what I actually think, approach me with a level head and ask. A measure of civility is always appreciated.

    Huh?

I talk to your leaders OOC all the time during raids. This is how we foster an environment of understanding between the two teams. If Kasa asks me not to Piety adjacent so they can rush, I'm gonna do that for him (sometimes) so that their team has a chance of actually fighting.

Don't tie peoples hands with red tape when it's a non issue. You don't need 12 people sniping to repel 4 raiders, people should understand that.
Talking to leaders oocly = good. I don't discourage that at all. Making agreements where you will turn defenders away and tell them ICly that 'we made an agreement and we have to stick to it even though they're in here trying to destroy our city' = not good.

I don't think the defending city should have to make such deals, I've made concessions plenty of time as the offensive raiding party, but not as the defending. If you want an even fight where both sides limit it, that's what out of city skirmishes are for.
