Really digging the newbie influx. I have two new proteges, and I love mentoring. All the newbies we've gotten in Cyrene that I've interacted with have just been great - haven't seen anyone be rude or pushy or anything like that, and some excellent roleplayers in the lot (I need to brush up!). Just all around awesome folks and it makes things a lot more fun for me as an ambassador aide/newcomer aide. @Sile @Releon @Caelean @Rhyssin and many others.

Having a really bad weekend and having a hard time dealing... so when I was distracting myself with the ship trade today I sailed by a Mhaldorian pirate ship and wasn't attacked or anything, which I would've expected. My rave is that whoever was on there, thanks for not attacking me and making my day worse. You would've had no idea and from an RP perspective you could've done whatever you want, I'm just grateful for that little show of mercy because I've never dealt with a pirate before and would've just felt really crushed if I'd been sunk or something. Little things like that can mean a lot some days.
What doesn't kill you gives you exp.

  • As somebody that's fresh to this game and still learning the ins and outs, <3 to everybody thus far for their helpfulness. Coming from a game that's got maybe 50 people average online, it's awesome to see so much activity and not a single bad interaction yet. Everybody's so helpful!

Extra shoutout for the guides. You guys have been around constantly, and have been tremendously helpful every time I dun goofed. Y'all rock.

    Chaos != Oblivion  /mythbustin'

Tharos, the Announcer of Delos shouts, "It's near the end of the egghunt and I still haven't figured out how to pronounce Clean-dat-hoo."

Hmm, @Aurora is back? guess I better get myself sorted and back too so I can enjoy the awesome!
Yeah, no kidding. I started getting messages about how to handle enemies because you weren't around, jerk! Let me enjoy my retirement in peace ok :(

    ( <3@Aurora welcome back)

  • The Eleusis raid was a blast. Thanks for making defeat fun.
Give us -real- shop logs! Not another misinterpretation of features we ask for, turned into something that either doesn't help at all, or doesn't remotely resemble what we wanted to begin with.

    Thanks!

Current position of some of the playerbase, instead of expressing a desire to fix problems:

Vhaynna: "Honest question - if you don't like Achaea or the current admin, why do you even bother playing?"

  • Cracking banter with the Hashani in last night (GMT's) raid. Tesha and Texel havin' all the lolz
He is a coward who has to bring two friends as backup to jump people hunting.

  • Was very fun! You people are pretty great :D
  • I have no idea why people follow me pretty much ever, but it's really cool it turned out to be such a fun trip :D
  • @Cain is freaking awesome. That is all!

Whoever decided to have some fun with Ugrach, you're a credit to Achaea. Those little touches like that go so far, especially when there's a multitude of novices in the group. Memories like this stick with people, and can easily become favorite moments. You rock.
It took alot for me to nut antagonize... Glad we didn't get chased out lol

  • @Aerek and @Kenway for being willing to answer all my noob questions about 2-handed knights. I'm getting super excited about getting into fighting on Achaea and you two have been such a huge help already.

I think you'll find that most Knights have two hands.

  • Hasar, Crixos, and Chiam popped into Hashan for some conflict. We hurried back from a group bashing trip and next thing we know, they're gone. We were wondering what was going on, then this:

(Party): Aluciana says, "Crixos sent me a tell saying they didn't think we had any legit combatants
around so they'd be back later."

We were looking forward to some fighting, and dying, but that was pretty damn nice of them. I'm thoroughly impressed with you guys for having such a good attitude. Thanks for that.

    Now, raid more! :p

Sorry Ismay, most of our fighters were afk or not there and most of cwho was novices, with no real leader. Three of them would have blown a tank against what was available pretty easy... asked them to go play somewhere else. You should have asked for some duels or something if you wanted to keep up the fight! Or some skirmishing. I'm sure they would have jumped at the chance.

  • Oh, I didn't know we asked them to wait. It was still very nice of them though. Shows wonderful sportsmanship.
