Adventure Time(tm) started at 2:20 am. By the time I forced myself to leave it was quarter til 3. That 6:00 am alarm clock was particularly brutal this morning.
Got elder dragon, thanks to @Khaibit and @Exelethril for selling me literally the last two pieces I needed! Also thanks to an unnamed supplier who prefers to stay anonymous!
Aurora says, "Tharvis, why are you always breaking things?!" Artemis says, "You are so high maintenance, Tharvis, gosh." Tecton says, "It's still your fault, Tharvis."
managed to raise over 3 million gold for fun things in Ashtan, totally worth being called a whoremonger over. Most of it's been paid in now, just waiting for a few bidders to log in and throw me gold. @Tecton also corrected a 50k mistake when I totally fumbled typing. Feeling useful in achaea/ashtan. Makes logging in that much more fun when people throw things at me and I don't totally panic.
@Azelhu@Kasya@Lavakhi How'd I get so lucky to have found you three as my text daughters? You're all awesome on your own, and together I often feel like an unstopable force of kickass.
a general rave to pretty much all of you - I think most of you are idiots and probably would dislike a lot of you a lot more if I ever bothered to get to know you - though through it all you are one big dysfunctional family.
It's been fun the years I have played achaea, I've made some really good friends, met some people I wish I hadn't and had some great encounters both IC and OOC.
Achaea through the years has helped me deal with a load of shit that's gone on personally. Whether it be through OOC clans, IC clans and immersion - the community can do great things. The Roleplay died off for me after a number of years of playing, everything became more of a blur and as more OOC clans sprouted up and more people got skype etc, it really did mesh into one big IC/OOC crock-pot of shit.
Achaea is a great place to get away from your troubles and to invest time if that's what you want to do, and it gives people a chance to get away from the mundane and immerse themselves into a world of true creativity. There has been great work coming from the admin in terms of driven events, and even more amazing from the player side - the ones that make Achaea truly special.
Over the years we have had characters we have hated, we have loved and sadly we have lost, along with admins and moderators we have loved and loved not so much.
Thanks for the fun Achaea and everyone in it, it's been a good decade or more, but time to hang up the hat and say goodbye for now.
For those of you who have managed to keep the magic, hold on to it because when it goes it's really difficult to actually get it back.
take it easy @Seftin, and pop back in to say hi sometimes, maybe!

And so worth it.
Yeah I bailed on future Adventure Times (tm) at 00:30 like a good employee. Aaand then i lay awake for nearly two hours.

Looking forward to Adventure Time(tm) with you as well!
@Seftin I never got to know you ic, but from an ooc perspective, I really hate to see you go. You always seemed like a pretty chill guy and always made me feel better anytime I decided to change class. I know the feeling about losing the magic. I do suggest not disabling IRE news letters, though, as these are what originally made me decide to come back and reboot. I hope to see you back on qwho in a few weeks.
We've just loaded up another big batch of changes from the IDEAs list! Here's all the details:

* SHEATHE and DRAW may now be used with custom emotes.

Enjoy!

It's a denizen database that's searchable by area/mob/level. I'm not sure who made it and it seems slightly old/outdated, but it's useful enough to me.

@Sarapis could probably tell you, since it says background used with permission.
You gingerly pull an elegant white letter from an overstuffed, stygian-hued satchel at your side, ignoring the sheaf of papers that threatens to spill from its lip.
Yay, my customised mail delivery messages are now in!

after about a week of bashing at it with a stick.

YES.
Stumbled upon it today and it made life 10x easier. I officially love you.
