I'm really glad I went with Serpent. It's been super tough to learn how everything works, but so many people have been patient enough to let me practice with them. Thank you, all!
[2:41:24 AM] Kenway: I bet you smell like evergreen trees and you could wrestle boreal mammals but they'd rather just cuddle you
We aboard the Gypsy Wind cheered when we saw Kresslack sink too, and again when we got the final firing on the last warship.
The sweltering heat of the forge spills out across the land as the rumbling voice of Phaestus booms, "I want you to know, the Garden reaction to that one is: What?" The voice of Melantha, Goddess of the Seasons, echoes amid the rustle of leaves, "That's the censored version."

You've just volunteered for scrapping barnacles off the hull of the ship. Bring a friend ( such as Taraus)!
I went up to find Kinilan and found him fighting one of the Galleys with two more closing. In attempting to box one in, they focused my ship it seemed. Very exciting indeed!
We had a bail moment when a triple volley from ballistas hit us, was a squeak escape with 16% on the hull

Almost got the Blade of Entropy twice. Once in a 2v1 we dropped to 40 hull and then again at the end when we wavecalled between the trader after it beached and the last Kashari ship.
First on the scene, sank the most ships, saved the trade ship and PoM did more work than Targ, Hashan, Cyrene and Eleusis combined. But it was nice to have an audience. @Dunn@Fitz and @Entaro, best crew doing work.
And @Kross wanted me to help box them in On our little Windcutter. One hit took off nearly a quarter of the hull with hullgirding. I told him if I did, our ship would probably turn into a box too. A pinebox. >_>
It was so strange (but very perspective changing) to be apart of the kind-of-badguys, but it was just great to get out and see the action and listen in. All of these dangling hints are killing me!
And as seen in Zulah's screenshot, I literally wtf'd when we rounded Polyargos and saw four shops 100% surrounding one of the warships. I was extremely awed and impressed (and a little saddened we didn't have enough info to pick whether to attack or not). Very awesome.
Like Entaro, saddened at no Neraeos present, though. Needs more Sea God.
Very excited to see where this event goes, far sooner and later!
And I love too Be still, my indelible friend That love soon might end You are unbreaking And be known in its aching Though quaking Shown in this shaking Though crazy Lately of my wasteland, baby That's just wasteland, baby
Shout out to @Taraus. She and I have never sailed in offensive action together and it was seamless. Slightly less props to @Jarrod and @Sybilla, in the crow's nest doing who knows what, except calling directions. (Love you two)

I didn't even get here until like 10 minutes before we started fighting the Gypsy Wind and the Inexorable.
Was a fun fight 2v1 fight though. Gypsy wind could've grappled me a few times and held me up for a few extra seconds for the Inex until I disengaged/wavecalled. Not sure why she didn't though. I would've tried to grapple the Inex if the Gypsy hadn't come barreling out of nowhere though.

The Celestial Targossian Navy. I was involved in my first seafaring warfare today. It was fast paced and I wasn't sure what was going on half the time but wow.

Doing what any self-respecting sailor ever does in a crow's nest - afking.
Is it horrible to admit we all cheered when you got sank? (Not out of malice, it was just exciting.)
I won't lie, I did kinda get a bit too excited when I thought @Neraeos was gonna show up. Disappointment
I really didn't expect Neraeos to be involved. He may be God of the Sea, but to expect him to be involved in -everything- relating to the seas seems a little unrealistic.

Yes, but when you get Atavian death sights and loads of unknown enemy ships, at first it seems like triton/atavian thing which has Nerry all over.
(Party): Crixos says, "Open your wunjos, people of Sapience."
Celestial Navy? That sounds as if they use space ships!
They don't have any space ships but I've seen a couple that thought they were submarines. )
Obviously I wasn't in command of those ships because it was 2PoM v 1 CTN and I wasn't even worried.
ETA in response to the above ninjapost: I'll leave the harbour more often if I know you're out. I don't really go out unless I know that there might be a fight. If you do something that might get people to notice "oh hey, Kinilan is sitting out there", I'll try and find a crew.

I actually was going down to SLC to dock,@Jonathin, then I saw you in the channel between Poly and mainland. So I decided to turn north/south and see whether it's a fake sailing your ship (Avianca) or you. That cloak was funny.
Either way, it was 6 am and I couldn't stay up any longer. Let's brawl more the next time.

Also I had to scout around for the trade ship, had 3 of them surrounding me at one point. Not fair!

We rounded the corner in my ship saw all those ships and backed off a bit for Shala.

I am so going to be buying credits to buy a ship at some point in the future.
And @Sarapis is totally right @Zulah that UI is awesome. Can't wait to see it finished.
