    I really ought to be thanking you, @Amunet, for encouraging my crazy need to totem. What I currently get to work on is just amazingly fun and such an awesome opportunity. There's so much gratitude from my end, I could gush for the next two pages.

    @Sohl and @Lianca have always been wonderful about my brilliant ideas that are excessively fun for me and make other people worry for my sanity. Also for trusting me to be let loose in the city without supervision.

    @Dunn for taking it in his stride, every time I've thought up something ridiculously excessive to work on, and curbing my enthusiasm into channels I can manage without burning out. This man is f-ing scary and wonderful at the same time. Dunn deserves major raves for some other things and he knows what I am referring to.

    I know a lot of folk didn't like it when I moved to Ashtan and some still don't. I know there are a handful of people who can't fathom why I continue to live there, and there are those who insist that I don't belong. Perhaps I don't.

    Whatever thoughts people have though, the fact is that I've grown and flourished in the Bastion. There are some pretty amazing people there that I consider myself lucky to know, and those that I absolutely adore. @Jarrod, @Nemutaur, @Mizik, @Jhui, @Taraus, @Triak, @Akia, @Skarash, @Paine, and a few others.

    I am really happy. I get to do the things I enjoy, I am encouraged, and the support I receive is tremendous. I owe everything good in my life to @Earionduil. I am well aware what people think about this man. He changed my entire life though, for the better, even though he scares the pants off me.

    Today was full-on Inception style event within an event. Completely unplanned (except the beginning part), but I was so amazed by how everyone just rolled with it. It never ceases to amaze me that the magic of Achaea is how you can plan an event a certain way, but other people's input and participation can completely transform your event - hopefully in a good way, which this was. On my part, I was pretty much just doing whatever sounded cool. :D The funny thing is, I never even planned to do any of it - it just happened.

    I hope people had fun, and that it wasn't too long - I swear things just run away with me. You know who you are that participated, not going to list you out!

    Hewn roughly, as though an avalanche were gathered up and granted life for its sheer, strange beauty,
     this magnificent beast is captivating and grotesque. Massive, taloned feet support a vaguely feline
    body that sweeps into broad wings patterned with stress fractures and streaked with veins of
    luminous quartz. The tail, scaled and barbed but ground smooth as river stones, moves ponderously,
    producing a soft, rasping scrape. Darker pools of obsidian in the contorted face reveal the mere
    suggestion of eyes beneath heavy brows, and a predatory, avian beak of a nose juts out sharply
    between them, curving over unsettlingly human lips.

    This is an awesome mount. And it's mine. ALL MINE.

    Also, Mhaldor, man. You guys keep surprising me. Also, @Ruth, for not batting an eye at my modest proposal.
