@mako aaaaw....now I feel bad for planning your demise and being pissed off. Lol. Not sure how well it would go over with my lotus buddies. Considering you are now enemied to my house.:P I would love to be friends and take you up on that offer though...we shall see I suppose.
Sure thing @caoimhaen. yeah they enemied me for attacking yall on a Treacherous Plane. Kind of lame but i'll get over it.
I see it as the same thing. Annwyn is where people hunt and may be attacked, nishantoba is somewhere where you strengthen your icon and may be attacked. There is no difference. Upon going into a treacherous plane you know the risks involved in going there. In the end it really dosent matter anyway
The whole "treacherous plane" thing serves mainly as a warning to us, the players, that our characters may be attacked there much more liberally than elsewhere (basically, making things like "I hate your face", "horkvals must die", or "I just have a random killing urge" acceptable RP reasons for killing people there). That doesn't make those places "free-for-all" arenas though that are disconnected from the rest of the game world. Your character killing someone in Annwyn is still your character killing someone in the world of Achaea and other adventurers or organisations will react accordingly, be it by seeking revenge, be it by being scared of you in future, be it by enemying you to their organisations, or whatever.
After all, that's why you usually don't do things like killing your own city mates in Annwyn.
I fully agree that a player certainly shouldn't get upset about getting killed on a treacherous plane, but that doesn't mean that our characters can't still get upset about it.
I agree with most of that. Although, i did issue myself asking if someone can hire for being killed in Annwyn and they told me no. So seeking revenge outside of the treacherous plane is the same thing.

"I hate your face", "horkvals must die" LOL
Pretty sure you can try to kill them for it. Hiring is a step up from that.

Not really. Hiring a mark to kill someone for you is, for all intents and purposes, the same as killing them yourself.

I disagree. You have to have a pretty solid reason to hire a mark. But there are a lot of other reasons you could have to kill someone yourself.

That depends on the mark. A particular mark may certainly disagree with your reasons for wanting the person dead and refuse the contract. Or they may take contracts no questions asked. Either way, the responsibility for the death is on you, and the mark is just a tool you used to accomplish it. The only difference I see between killing someone yourself and hiring a mark to do it is that hiring potentially brings in an extra person's judgement as to whether the killing is justified.
Ebon Fist younger members. Things are shaping up, people are improving and willing to take more responsibilities on their own. Wow, I'm still amazed at the rate these guys are improving.
Bleh, work ate my gaming life. 내가 제일 잘 나가!!!111!!1
Belated rave. A couple months ago my cousin @illyose popped in to say hi. Miss you Illy. Hope to see my buddy around more. Maybe beat eachother up in the arena. Muahaha. The fourth energy is aggression which we like soooo very much.:P anyway! Yay partially dormant people popping in now and then!
A rave to all the Mhaldorians I've had to fight since coming back from dormancy. Even though I rage all the time, I've learned so much and improved to become better than I've ever been before. Props to @Pharaus, @Eld, and @Tzond too, they gave me the technical training!
All I've had today are six gummy bears and some scotch
Spoke with Kabilan, realise it is time to head home, QQ, Realised I forgot to gave him me spare potash, Stop praying (in empty def mode now) Sense Kabilan, Speedwalk to location, Sart packing briefcase while I walk then suddenly think "Why am I seeing meteor arrows? And why is there retardation here? And why am I suddenly standing in a room full of Eleusians?"
Could not remember if I was in Dragon or Lesser so just hit Blackwind and hoped. Managed to get out while laughing at how stupid I was.
If you want to actually get good at combat as Monk, the obvious choice is Mhaldor. Don't fall into the Ashura artefacts+icon, or the Lotus icon trap, thinking you're a badass when you actually suck.
Mhaldor is the only place to excel your true combat ability. Sign up today, become a warrior tomorrow.

Okay.. You don't need to start by insulting half the houses that accept monks to make your house look better. While even if you believe it to be true, there is a way to say things and a way to keep the peace. Sometimes you don't need to say it all. I am sure you meant well in your suggestion. In fact I am not going to attempt to shoot down your house because each house is unique and special and has its own skills to offer. Its up to him to draw his own conclusions about each house by talking to the people and researching them. Anyway. I said my peace.

If you're a Monk and want to get better at Monk, you should join a House where you can learn from the best Monks in Achaea.
See? Simple.
