Bagasbas Beach, Daet. Not the nicest beach in Ph but its somewhat of a surf spot for locals and Australian tourists.

You know @Sarapis, I literally just came back from Kota Kinabalu about 12 hours ago. I forgot you were going to be over there at that time, but I guess you were further east than I was!

As for tonight...I got to see the Backstreet Boys live. It is SO SURREAL AND THEY WERE AWESOME I STILL CAN'T BELIEVE I SAW THEM LIVE

I've always wanted to see them. I've been to like 60 concerts: 2 EDM, 5 dark electro, and the rest were rock or metal. Never been to a pop concert yet.

I take that back. Went to see Adam Lambert for my sister's birthday. She asked if I would go gay for him and I did not have a clear answer.

@Jurixe Hah, nice! No pirate attacks so far, btw, though we get well-armed military escorts while diving, which is a first for me.

Some animal shots from the rainforest up the Kinabatangan River. Was an awesome (if quite sweaty) few days in the jungle looking for wildlife. In order there's a long-tailed macaque, a kingfisher, an egret of some kind, a proboscis monkey, and an adolescent orangutan. Also saw a pygmy elephant and saltwater croc but the pics of them weren't good enough to keep.

So, I had to get my licence renewed the other week, which meant a new photo, which is good seeing as the other one is 3 years old. I got it the other day and decided to do a side by side comparison. A lot has changed in 3 years.

I hope this giant ass photo formats..Anyways someone mentioned the Backstreet boys. My wife is a journalist and was reporting on the mass gay wedding, something or another in Ft. Lauderdale. Here is her and Lance Bass from Nsync. Kinda the same era if I recall high school correctly.
