  • It was my favourite, personally, but it may have something to do with being the only one I saw at the cinema.

    Definitely worth seeing though, 100%!
  • Decided to check the forums with the brief moment I picked up my phone.

Read the recent Rants about lag and connection issues.

Laugh as I sit here on the beach watching the sunset.

I had to write some fiction that I didn't want to.

I did it and brought myself two liters of coca-cola to celebrate. I have many packets of custard creams. Wooo.

ETA: Also 1248 forum points. What a nice number.
  • DaslinDaslin The place with the oxygen
@chyrenth oddly enough 1248 was my troop number at BSA's 2005 National Jamboree. Either that or 1128.
  • 26) Brian Cox is amazing for:
A - his amazing knowledge of physics.
    B - his amazing hairstyle.
C - his amazing musical past.
D - all of the above.

This was a legit question in this morning's exam. My revision did *not* cover this.
  • I'd go with maybe C, but I think "amazing" is stretching it in any case.

Brian Cox and I had a falling out when he dismissed chemistry last December...

    Petty, petty grudges?  Me?
  • I went with A because his hair is stupid and his music was bad.

    Also I don't like him.
  • This is the only Brian Cox I know.

So, it's week 1 of term 2. For the next term, I have no more computing class, because we finished the last of the assessments today. Since I don't have to do math class either as I scored high enough to get out of it, I now have 2 afternoons totalling 5 hours of class a week. And I'm expected to do about twice that study outside class. Still considered a full time student, and getting student allowance, because we're still enrolled for computing for the rest of the time, yay!

  • For the first time in my life, I actually have conflicting social engagements. Is this what a social life feels like?

Frightening and terrible? Yes. That's why we have Achaea.

I was a karate instructor. I'm pretty sure the time frames are close enough for that to count. Martial arts > Keyboard player.
  • That was a good forum scrap last night Targossas. I enjoyed it.

  • From across the globe - Happy Mother's Day to you ladies who have had to put up with a bunch of screaming, whining, arguing, backstabbing, wretched balls of fury(and no, I'm not talking about Old Shallam).

We played this in the parish church, when the blessing of mums took place. Enjoy:

  • Took my AP Bio Exam today - it was easier than expected, but was still hard. Best part is that I was allowed to leave school early, so Chipotle + Nap, maybe Achaea later!
