Just had a real discussion with someone that I swear seems like it was ripped out of a page of Achaea. This is what prompted it: "Why question existence when you can just exist and live." All I can say is, I enjoyed it, and was awesome.
Just got back from a field trip to Dairy Queen with my son's class, a third grade class, and my in-laws. My leg hurts, but I enjoyed it
I officially have less than 3 weeks until I move back to Oregon permanently! This time last week, I thought I might have ~3 months until that could happen!

So everyone on achaea lately has been playing this game called "Dark Souls 2" I've never played it bearly even heard of it honestly. but @Antidas makes it sound so good that I want to play it. So today I get home from work, and im like man I don't even feel like logging into Achaea today. I'm going to go see if Dark souls (1 not 2 as antidas said play 1 first) is on the xbox market place.
So I start my 360 up, system update takes like 10 minutes kinda annoyed, oh well. get to the market place and this really cool looking cover for a game pops up on free with gold. So I click it thinking hell yeah i'll just play this and save my money
Turns out it's Dark Souls one, I actually flipped out of my chair into the floor it suprized me so much, and woke up the neighbours with my hell yeah.
Grabbed that game today same way haha
You will love that game. Then you will take the wrong turn and get your ass handed to you by skeletons for a few hours. Then you will notice the correct path, and accidentally fall off it. This will continue until a Fortress, where you will start to hate everything and everyone!

Yesterday at work, I was grumpy because some asshat stole my bus pass. $50 I don't have to replace it, so I'm majorly boned for the next two weeks. Woman came up to me and told me about her grandkid, list of mental issue symptoms that sounded crazily familiar. Asked me what kind of video game/toys (I work at Toys R Us) would be good for him. Started showing her things, and she went on to say he was going to be diagnosed with ADHD by the doctor his mom takes him to. I turned around and asked her if she wouldn't mind my thoughts, as I have experience with this sort of thing. She said sure, and I begged her to get a second opinion from a child psychologist. When I was a kid I was diagnosed with ADHD and the drugs made me incredibly suicidal and depressed. The symptoms she described were EXACTLY the things I was doing when I was kid. She seemed genuinely excited, and said she was worried about the same thing happening to the little fella. Gave her the number to a psychologist in town and she went away quite happy. Didn't sell anything but I don't make commission, I may have just saved that little guy a bunch of problems down the line! ^_^
G: "He (grandpa, recently parted) was my Superman, just like my granddaughter here. She's a Supergirl!"
Therapist: "I only married two that I had to remove. They were both Jokers."
G: "That's Batmans villains."
After she left:
G: "She was about as useful as The Prankster."
My grandma knows her superman. I never laughed so hard in my life.

Had a really great night out meeting @Earionduil for the first time, watching a Beethoven concert, and talking to @Sabiru (through his broken Skype). I owe @Tvistor a stab for chickening out, but thus far am thoroughly enjoying my time in Melbourne. I haven't realised how much I've missed it. So broke right now, but so worth it.
Also I got last minute tickets to The King and I!
Pretty happy about that!

Kiddo graduated Kindergarten today. Hubby got his Father's Day present early (he got credits and his shaving soap and brush). Aside from being exhausted, so far a good day.
