How come no one ever told me men are so much hotter with no shirts on. I mean my neighbor is kind of meh with one on but take that shirt off and damn he is hot. I need to hang out with him more now.
Pics or lies
Hah I wish, I'll ask him for pics but he is straight as far as I know.
What's this ask business?
Just take a quick shot on your phone, with just your arm coming out from behind the curtain/drapes for just long enough to take the pic. Jeeze, it's like you've never stalked anyone before.
I still have to live next door to him, although that's not a bad idea
A friend at work had someone drop out from being able to attend the "Good Food and Wine" show in Melbourne on the weekend and asked if I wanted to use the spare ticket. I had planned on going with some other friends, but none of them were able to make it so no tickets were bought. So with no plans on the weekend, you bet I said yes. A day of tasting great foods and wine for free? Who wouldn't say yes. I might also be inspired with new delicacies to make that I can take pics of and post to the forums too

Just spent a fantastic week and a half with my mom helping her rehab from her knee replacement. She made so, so much progress while I was here-- daily outings, driving again (the surgery leg isn't her driving leg), massive progress on the rehab exercise bike, able to go downstairs again... I'm super proud (and very relieved). Now I'm hanging out in her town's tiny little airport (seriously, it has 5 gates, and I've never not been the only one going through security), and a few hours from now I will be reunited with @Illyose for the first time since January!!
New job is so so so great. Working on the door in a high end theater for decent pay and watching the movie or stage show while the doors are closed counts toward my hours, haha. Already watched 12 years a slave, captain america and days of future past, get to watch Wicked in a couple of weeks too (first time!) Think I could get used to this!
Only downside is I have to watch the shows ...a lot. By the end of July I would have officially sat through 9 hours of Postman Pat. ;D

I have a lovely friend, who I had a very minor breakdown to regarding money and several other things. I'm used to the depression spirals I can get myself into, and this is the first time someone's actually stopped me from going down it. The amount of love I feel for that person right now can not be understated.
Had an enjoyable game of Civ5 with @Rangor, @Jurixe and @Leviticus. Thankfully, I was situated far, far away from @Rangor and his steam-rolling army. NEED MORE PEOPLE TO PLAY CIV.

I'm at my niece's seventh birthday party, and grossly underestimated the capabilities of a 24 year old body.
I have eaten too much cake, sweets, lemonade, and juice, went on a sugar high with new watercolours, dressing up competition and singing, ending up in tears at the bottom of the garden (nieces had to go call their nonna (my mum) to come help). Oh god so undignified...
Next counselling appointment is going to be interesting
Finally have a job interview in three hours after the fiasco I went through months ago. Wish me luck? Papa needs to get paid, son
Dear Joshua Rosen,

If you have any questions, please call me at thisothernumber.
I resent the implication that I am a drug user, sir. My urine is clean, crystal clear, and according to @Daslin, just a little bit salty.
EDIT: It's the background check that's the killer
Yeah, just wait until they come up to you and say something like "We see you were in involved in several...shall we say "questionable" incidents...over the years, all of which wouldn't be an issue, however, the one thing we cannot abide by are Mhaldorians!"

Thanks, might be a little premature plus Sterling bat shit crazy. Still hopeful this gets resolved soon so it doesn't impact our free agency options.
I'm only around 99.9% short of the 2 billion

Discovering how easy stir fry is to make and how good it tastes.
And scallops on sale for $8.00 a pound.
Never buy seafood on sale.
TRUST ME
I've only had scallops one or two times before. These ones were the small ones that are frozen. Fresh ones were about $20 per pound.

So... I couldn't find the crafty thread but in lieu of my crappy mood last week, I decided I needed to make something
Though I have no idea what I'm going to do with it now...
it's two sided, knitted at once (called double knitting)
Yes, Crest of Hyrule. I'm not nerdy I swear
